Sleeps two adults but small so ideal for one guest. 1 Bedroom. 1 Bathroom.
I'm an avid traveler and I've been hosting guests from all over the world in my guesthouse since 2008. I absolutely love to travel and my favorite experiences of all have always been meeting and staying with locals. So when I bought this place with a small guesthouse, I thought, why not host fellow travelers?
Michael purchased this Cottage in 2008
Why Michael chose Feldman's

A little snug, great location, close to Old Town Tucson. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.
Small, but quiet, clean and fits the need for a single or a couple.
No cable unreliable wi di uncomfortable bed and chair. No lighting on street or driveway. Mike was very helpfull.
I believe this is the first review that's not 5 or at least 4 stars, and to be fair, we do emphasize in the listing that this studio space is tiny (and price it accordingly to be the best value in the area). We don't advertise having cable- haven't in years since it seems most people prefer on-demand streaming services these days over the internet. We do however have ESPN and other sports programming available through the internet service Sling. Speaking of internet, the service provider was completing major infrastructure upgrades during Jim's stay, and there were 4-5 times it wasn't available (for about an hour at a time) during his month-long stay. As a host I unfortunately couldn't do anything about the downtime (I was frustrated by it myself as I often work from home), but I did discount Jim's stay because of it- I wish he made that more clear with the "very helpful" comment. We also can't do anything about Tucson being a Dark Skies Initiative city (we have street lighting but it's much dimmer than many cities). We have driveway lighting (solar), but I realized it has dimmed after reading this review, so I just added some more - thank you Jim for pointing that out. We've received many reviews emphasizing the comfortable bed so I'm really mystified by that one, but each person has their own definition of comfort. It does have a premium mattress, premium topper, premium bedding, and we have a number of different types of pillows available, which I think is why many of the reviews mention the comfort.
Just want to clarify those things in this less-than-stellar review, because we really do strive for only stellar reviews! Just because it's bargain-priced for the area doesn't mean we aren't aiming for 5 stars, so if you book here and there's anything that might make your stay better, don't hesitate to let me know :)
Comfortable and Good Value
This was our first experience with VRBO. The studio was comfortable and a good value for our 2-night stay in Tucson. We will definitely try VRBO again and would definitely rent this cozy little studio again if we ever find ourselves back in Tucson.
Simply the best deal in Tucson!
Very reasonably priced. Convenient to the best part of downtown, Old Tucson (Easily walk into town and do the Turquoise Trail), and the Univ. of Arizona. Clean, simple accommodations in a pleasant neighborhood. If you’re considering ‘small house living’ come try it out and you’ll be surprised at how much living can be found in a small footprint. Great hosts. We’ll be back.
Great little spot
Very convenient location, definitely a tight space, but does the trick. Michael was great and we would certainly visit again.
