Absolutely perfect location to enjoy Vancouver Downtown without car. Skytrain (Stadium Station) is across the street (Costco as well). Bus to Stanley Park, Yaletown, UBC, Granville Island stop right in front of the condo. Gastown is just 5 minutes walking distance. Canada Place Convention Centre is 15 minutes walk distance.

THE SPACE

Both bed rooms can be setup as Two Single Beds or One King Bed. Den has an extra single bed and accessible from living room (not in another room). Portable Air Conditioners are installed in living room and master bedroom.

Kitchen is fully functional with brand new appliances and stocked with everything you will need. Coffee & Filters are provided.

Fantastic

The condo was all that it appeared to be in the previous reviews. Very central, could walk everywhere from the property and enjoy things along the way. The property itself was very clean and inviting. Customer service was spot on , inquired about the AC and it was taken care of immediately as well as restaurant suggestions. I would highly recommend it to my friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and loved Vancouver.

Great trip

We had 7 nights in the apartment and had a great time.

It was in a handy location for all of the main points. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us. It had a washing machine and dryer which was amazing as we had more stops to go. The wifi worked very well and the house smart phone made life much easier as we used it for taxis, checking in and maps.

Ken was lovely; offering advice and use of his car as compensation for the pool being out of order.

All in all it was great and I would recommend.

Great location!

My mother and 2 sisters stayed for 3 nights. The condo accommodated us very well with 5 twin beds available, 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen. The use of a Brita pitcher was an added bonus. The building is very secure and felt safe. Very close location to the Skytram. Loved the use of a cell phone provided by Ken. We also enjoyed the local Asian supermarket and Costco within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

Ken is excellent. Good location. Feels home away from home.

Ken is very nice. Whatever you asked for, you will get it very quick. Draw back is small bedrooms and some of furniture need a update. Otherwise 5 stars definitely deserved.

Central location, beautiful apartment, accommodating manager

The apartment is located only blocks away from "Gas Town," a trendy area popular for bars and restaurants. Most of the main downtown tourist attractions were within walking distance. The property manager was very accommodating, prompt with his replies, gave detailed directions, and was eager to provide assistance when needed. The area is on the outskirts of the Downtown Eastside area of Vancouver, which is a problematic area for drugs, etc. However we only saw some extremely intoxicated, seemingly harmless people and did not feel in danger walking to and from the apartment late at night (as a group of at least 2 people). It may be difficult to get away from this if you want to stay in a central location. Overall, we felt it was a good deal and we would recommend this apartment to other guests.
