Both bedrooms can be setup as Two Single Beds or One King Bed. Den has an extra single bed and accessible from living room. Portable Air Conditioners are installed in living room and master bedroom. Replaced white curtains (photo) to Blackout Curtains.
Kitchen is fully functional with brand new appliances and stocked with everything you will need. Blender, Toaster, Oven, Cooking pots, etc. Coffee & Filters provided.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by property manager Kenny. He will show where to park, explain house rules, and answer any questions about local recommendations. During your stay Kenny will always be available to answer to your needs.

- Stadium Skytrain Station 3minutes walk
- 'C21 Beach Bus' takes you to English Bay, Davie Street, Yaletown
- '19 Stanley Park Bus'
- Aquabus ferry (walk 7mins) from Plaza of Nations Casino takes you to Granville Island, Yaletown, Olympic village, English Bay.

Enjoyed our stay in Vancouver. Apartment was lovely and spacious enough for the 3 of us. Had all the amenities we needed.
Location was convenient as we were able to walk to numerous places we visited (we do like to walk!)
Pool and hot tub was a bonus. One drawback was the park located just outside one of the bedroom's window.
The park is "hangout" for the homeless, etc. and could get quite noisy at night. If you're a light sleeper the one bedroom wouldn't be for you.
Would stay again if they would soundproof the windows in the one room. The apartment has 24 hour security; therefore felt very safe.
Thank you Ken for picking us up at the train station and showing us around! I would recommend the place, as long as those sleeping in the one bedroom aren't light sleepers.....

Really thoughtfully and well- equipped; the owner had thought of absolutely everything.
It was really nice that he left coffee for us and other kitchen extras.
The pool was fabulous and so nearby...an additional bonus.

We were in Vancouver for the American Masters Games 2016 and were delighted to be able to stay in this condo. Ken Yoon was a true master in attending to our every need as it arose. The beds were super comfortable and everything was just as we hoped it would be. We were on the third floor and close to a beautiful swimming pool, sauna and exercize room, not to mention an outdoor park which was a private part of the building. The condo was close to the Sky Train which we used to go everywhere, along with a Rexall Drug Store and food market. I cannot say enough good things about the condo and Ken, as well as the owner who was very gracious via Ken. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic! Great walking distance to supermarket (Nestor's ) and gas town with loads of restaurants. The property is situated near china town and the only downside is the homeless people which are harmless in general . The actual condo is ok. It was clean upon arrival and Ken was very prompt with all replies we had. The furniture is dated and couch not very comfortable (needs more of a comfy living space) but overall it was good for a family of four and my kids loved the indoor pool.
The condo was all that it appeared to be in the previous reviews. Very central, could walk everywhere from the property and enjoy things along the way. The property itself was very clean and inviting. Customer service was spot on , inquired about the AC and it was taken care of immediately as well as restaurant suggestions. I would highly recommend it to my friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and loved Vancouver.
We had 7 nights in the apartment and had a great time.
It was in a handy location for all of the main points. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us. It had a washing machine and dryer which was amazing as we had more stops to go. The wifi worked very well and the house smart phone made life much easier as we used it for taxis, checking in and maps.
Ken was lovely; offering advice and use of his car as compensation for the pool being out of order.
All in all it was great and I would recommend.
