This BRAND NEW completely furnished unit at the South Seas is a gated community surrounded by beautiful palm trees and lush landscaping. Accommodations include a NEW King-size bed in Master with a 32' wall mounted flat screen TV and New furniture. Two NEW double beds (that can be pushed together to make King Bed) in private second bedroom suite with 32' wall mounted flat screen TV and New furniture. NEW queen sized sleeper sofa in living room with 55' wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD Player, Brand New Furniture, New Trim, Crown molding and tiled floors throughout. Kitchen has NEW granite counters with breakfast bar, 3 bar stools, NEW SS Appliances, New cooking utensils and complete furnishings including coffee maker, toaster and blender. Why Ron Woeste chose Marco Island

This unit faces Tiger Tail Beach the Nature Preserve, Wildlife area and Lagoon offering many viewing opportunities watching birds, fish, boats and people. It does NOT face any other buildings so you overlook the gulf and greenery of the reserve. It is peaceful and serine. It also faces North West so you can sit and enjoy the views from the balcony and Gulf breezes throughout the day. Its a great place to read a good book, or relax in the shade throughout most of the day without being blasted by the sun. It has a Great beach and pool for the sun.

It is relaxing and more private to sit on the balcony and NOT have hundreds of people looking at us from other condos. We LOVE this about the condo.

What makes this condo unique

This is a Beautiful and well kept gated community and if you do not belong here you will not get past the guarded entrance.

Nature all around

We spent a week on Marco Island with our 2 boys (3 years and 9 months) at Rons condo in April.

First off, the view is amazing! The Gulf views are awesome and the sunsets were stunning. There are more unique shells on this beach than I have previously experienced. We enjoyed finding all the fighting conchs (make sure not to collect any live animals with shells - there are plenty of empty shells to collect). The water was calm and clear. We were able to see many fish while snorkeling - even large tarpon and snook! We saw a manatee 2 different days and dolphins every day. The birding, including osprey, was great around Tigertail beach and the wooded area around the lagoon.

Ron has beach toys, chairs, umbrella, and cart. There are beach towels.

The pool was very warm and quite.

There are a few grocery stores with the closest about 5 minutes drive away. Additionally there are many fantastic restaurants near by.

The condo was spotless and updated with lots of space. It had everything in the kitchen we needed. It was quite while sitting on the balcony in the evenings.

The Gulf is a good 10ish minute walk from the condo, but it's mainly on packed sand so even my 3 year old could walk there without difficulty.

There are 2 downsides:

1. You have to wash and dry the used towels before departure if over the allowed number, which is something like 4. I would think the cleaning service should take care of all laundry without an additional cost. Ron does provide laundry detergent.... Overall, not a big deal.

2. We had to come home.

Thanks for a great trip. We will be back!

Family Beach Vacation

We spent a family vacation in Rons condo and had a wonderful time. The condo was nicely decorated had everything you would need for a beach vacation stay. Very convenient to Tigertail Beach with beautiful sunset views. Thank You Ron for a vacation home away from home!

Great Spring Break!

My family and I spent the first week of April at this condo. The owner Ron was fantastic with communication before, during and after our visit. The condo was in excellent shape with all new furnishings. The view of the Gulf and Tiger Tail beach is fantastic and the weather was perfect the entire week.

We have two kids (9) and (12) who enjoyed the pool, beach, Pickle Ball, Shuffle Board, Putt Putt and tennis which is all included. We rented a boat for 1/2 of day and toured around the islands seeing the homes, boats and also had dolphins swim next to us...it was great. The condo is located on the NW side of building four so it is quiet and comfortable with little noise.

Overall a great trip and I would highly recommend working with Ron and using this property.

Amazing Vacation.!!!

The WOW factor begins when you open the door to the Condo and see the Gulf of Mexico in front of you!

Equally impressive as the view was our condo. It was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The owner, Ron, makes sure it is not only well appointed and supplied with beach chairs, linens, etc but also those incidentals like detergent, napkins, paper towels that you always seem to run out of. He really goes the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The beds are extremely comfortable, by the way.

We have been coming to Marco for 4 years and found the South Seas Resort the best. It is beautifully maintained and clean. The pool area is well taken care of and the dock area on the opposite side of the Gulf we found to be a lovely place for a morning or evening walk if you don't feel like going to the beach. Ah, the beach! We found better shelling than on Sanibel and watching the amazing variety of birds flocking to Tigertail Beach was a daily joy. Don't forget to bring your binoculars! I discovered that every weekday there is a nature walk on Tigertail Beach lead by a very knowledge guide. It is a great experience for school age children up to grandparents to hear about the mangroves and the "inhabitants" of Tigertail. I found this event and others like free concerts and crafts show through Marco Review, a very good app for events going on the Island.

With so many places to eat on Marco we have, after several years, found a few we keep going back to: Doreen's for breakfast (it is advised to walk there so you can walk off the breakfast on your return!), Davide's, a very good small Italian restaurant in the strip mall with CVS and Mango's Bistro on the Esplanade for dinner as well as breakfast.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful 3 weeks on Marco Island away from the snow and cold of New Jersey. Ron made the stay and the booking as seamless as possible. We could not have asked for a better vacation and hope to return soon.

Wonderful stay -- looking forward to returning!

What a joy it was for us to arrive at this condo after our 20 hour, two day ride from New Jersey. As soon as we entered the condo, saw the sliding glass doors facing us and stepped over to take in the beautiful view of Tigertail Beach and the Gulf from our 11th story balcony, we knew we were in for a wonderful stay. The balcony is furnished with a lounger, large table, four chairs and two small tables. The perfect place to enjoy your breakfast and take in the sunsets. Truly, I can't find sufficient superlatives to convey what a perfect destination this was for us to get away for a spell from the northeast winter. The owner, Ron, was super friendly, attentive and responsive to our every need and question. The condo was utterly immaculate, beautifully appointed with new and comfy furniture and well-equipped in every way (linens, kitchen utensils, cookware, beach supplies, etc.). What a perfect location, too! Walking distance to the grocery, restaurants and the Wednesday morning market (don't miss the lady who sells her homemade shrimp salad -- out of this world!) I just couldn't get enough of the "backyard" -- beautiful, shell-laden, wide, walkable beach. Even though it was too chilly to venture out to swim in the Gulf, we loved our walks along Crescent Beach. I hit my personal best on my Fitbit one day -- 23,993 steps! The heated pool which is shared by Tower 3 and Tower 4 was a lovely place to relax, take a swim (designated lap swimming from 9:00-10:00 AM, when the rope separating the deep end from the rest of the pool is removed). Lots of chairs, loungers, tables, umbrellas were always available. The grounds were pristine and magnificently maintained. Truly, I could go on and on. Suffice it to say that we enjoyed ourselves immensely during our three-week stay at Ron's condo and look forward to going back next year -- hopefully for longer!!

Second stay in this lovely condo

We’ve stayed in the condo for a week last year and really enjoyed it so we returned for another two weeks this year. The condo is situated directly on Tigertail beach with a fantastic view from the balcony. Perfect to watch the great sunsets. The condo itself is very comfortable and stocked with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of linen and towels, a well equipped kitchen and beach towels, a beach cart and cooler for a lovely day on the beach. The beach is also really nice and clean and perfect for relaxation and shelling.

The pool area is nice and clean as well as the surrounding area in the South Seas community.

There are some great places to go out for breakfast dinner. Doreen's Cup of Joe across street is a fantastic place for breakfast and lunch.

The owner Ron is the perfect host, very helpful and pleasant to work with. He is really attentive and did the best to make our arrival and stay perfect after our long distance flight.

We’ve enjoyed our second time around even more than our first stay and would highly recommend this condo to anyone planning a trip to Marco Island.
