Stunning 5 star executive home backing onto a ravine, minutes from the airport. You will not be disappointed with this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3500 square foot luxury home, that sleeps up to 14 people. This home has everything you would ever need & more. 8 man hot tub, pool table, new bbq, new oven/stove, 2 tiered deck, fire pit, wifi, 3 flat screen tvs, cable, dvd/blue ray, gourmet kitchen, king sized bed in master bedroom, queen sized bed in bedroom suite down stairs, 2 bedrooms that each sleep 3 (twin & queen) & a hide abed, and blow up queen mattress in the basement, all mattresses are clean, smoke free & very comfortable. We also just bought a brand new memory foam mattress single cot, which can be set up on the main level for those who do not like stairs. All of our bedding is new, and professionally cleaned. There are 3 gas fireplaces, a/c units in master, and upstairs bedrooms. There are many upscale fans throughout house. There is a wii gaming station with lots of games, playpen, toys for the kids. New Washer/Dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher, mini fridge, microwave, Dining room table seats 10, plus 5 bar stools in the kitchen, the rest can eat in the great room comfortably, or sun room, or patio. We also have extra folding chairs if needed. There is a patio set on the deck that seats 6. The kitchen is stocked with plates, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee makers (drip, and a Tassimo), toaster, etc. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, oversized soaker tub & an oversized shower with 5 spray heads. Bedding is professionally dry cleaned.
Basement is amazing with wet bar, pool table, gas fireplace, huge full piece bathroom, 50 inch tv, oversized windows & oversized shower with 2 shower heads.
One of the great things obout this home is how easy it is to get around the city being close to the ring road (aka Stoney Trail). There is a bus stop less then a block away, this bus will take you downtown, stampede, etc.
Starbucks, Grocery Store, Pubs & Dining! Many restaurants are a few blocks away. There are also many walking paths throughout the ravines. Kincora is an executive family area known for the ravines & many walking paths(over 120 Acres of natural environmental green space).
This is an executive home in NW calgary with fantastic views & a private setting in the city. Don't miss out on this one! Make sure when you are looking at the rates you have it in Canadian Dollars.

Great Gathering Home for Family Reunion
If you want all the amenities of home this is a great place. The kitchen and cupboards are well equipped . There are toys for little people. We enjoyed the open concept kitchen dining area and living room and it was very inviting for visiting and gathering. There was enough space around the dining table for 8 adults and 4 children. High Chair and a playpen is available for use. Lawrence was quick to answer questions and calls. We were close to the airport and there is a grocery store and nice coffee place nearby. It is in a wonderful location . Everything worked well for us !! Thank you Lawrence , we would recommend this as great place to stay !!

We rented this home during our son’s wedding weekend. We had the rehearsal dinner there on Friday night and it was perfect for entertaining everyone who attended. The sunroom off the kitchen was a nice extra and gave us so much more room to move around. There was plenty of towels and bedding for everyone. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked. They had everything. The one thing we couldn’t find once the wedding was over and we were just home relaxing was some playing cards :) Thank you for making our sons wedding weekend a success.
We are so happy you enjoyed the property. We do always look at ways of adding new items to enhance our guests experience. I am sorry you did not find the playing cards. They are in the drawer of the main floor end table. I will make sure I put a deck of cards where the board games are in the basement for our next guests. Thank you for your feedback.

The landlords were great to deal with throughout the process, met us shortly after arrival to give us a run down of how everything worked. Had 12 people that stayed for 2 nights and we didn't feel crammed. My only suggestion would be is to get some better knives! Lol

Spacious and clean
The Kincora home was roomy for all 8 of us and nicely decorated and clean. We had some issues with lack of some basics like wine glasses and S&P shakers, as well as some household maintenance matters like a malfunctioning BBQ starter and a running toilet, however these were addressed promptly by the owners who were very communicative on our arrival. Overall, the house is well-located for getting around and out of Calgary and has some very nice features including outdoor amenities of a walking trail and a hot tub. We appreciate the owners prompt attention to those matters that caused concern and inconvenience to our party during our stay.
Neighborhood home with hot tub
Multi-night stay with family. 12- minute drive to Calgary airport.
Pros: Easy to access. Hot tub on the patio with awesome views. Large dining area. Large master suite. Lowest level bedroom and living area perfect as "separate space". Kitchen well-stocked with cooking pots, pan, utensils.
Cons: No coffee pot (instead a Tassimo machine with some pods was offered--which we did not care for). Two upstairs bedrooms were small with little/no room for bags (so we used the landing).
Neutral: Interesting setup for air conditioning with floor units piped out the windows in upper bedrooms.
One note: The nearest grocery & gas is a COOP--and prices are high for non-coop members.

Our property is located in a great location, which makes it easy to get to different attractions in Calgary. It takes 15 minutes or less to get to downtown, stampede, outlet mall, canada olympic park for skiing, zip line, and louge, calaway park ( theme park), zoo, science centre, airport, bow river, hospital, university. We have a bus stop less then 0.5 blocks away, also there is a starbucks, good earth, grocery store ( co op), lots of reastaurants like Boston Pizza, Scottsmans Well Pub, all within walking distance. If you like golf there is a great course only a 5 min drive away.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RATES ARE IN US DOLLARS. THERE IS A TAB AT THE LEFT HAND CORNER THAT CONVERTS THE RATES TO CANADIAN DOLLARS. When cancelling your booking; Guest must give 60 days before reservation to receive money back. We do need a copy of the guests drivers licence that matches the credit card that the guest pays with. All bookings must be made by an individual who is 25 and up. Our home is a family home in a residential area, it is not a home that we rent out for guests who want to use our home for heavy partying. OPTIONAL CONCIERGE SERVICE: please let us know before hand if you would like to use this unique service. Here are the services and rates we provide (We will take the cost of the service off your damage deposit) 1. Extra Clean= $95.00 2. Fridge Stocked with groceries=Cost plus $90.00 (Give us a list before you arrive and we will have the fridge and cupboards stocked to your precise order) 3.
