The home is located less than 900 ft from the beach with deeded access.

Less than 5 minute WALK to the beach. Spacious (over 1800 SQ/FT), fully furnished 3 bedroom 3 bath half duplex on a quiet street. Property has deeded beach access and is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, marinas and all beach activities. The local Trolley passes by often.

Sleeps up to 8: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 full. All bedrooms and living room have flat screen TV's and Blu-ray players. FREE cable and WiFi included. All linens, bathroom towels, and kitchenware provided. Full kitchen. Washer & Dryer in unit.

There are many extras provided, including Weber grill, 4 adult and 2 children's bicycles, 1 adult tricycle, 6 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, and a beach wagon with cooler.

Unit has one carport space plus ample driveway parking for four more cars.

Please note: This rental is for Families only. NO college partying students. We have a 30 year old min age requirement for the booking person who also must be present at check in and during the entire stay. If we find that you arranged the rental under false pretenses, you will not be allowed to check in.

We had a wonderful time

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The owners were there when we got there and gave us a tour which was very nice. We had perfect weather he whole time and the short walk to the beach was great.

This home is a short walk to the beach (literally 7 houses). Very safe neighborhood

The house is spacious, clean, and very well maintained. We walked to the beach everyday. The big wagon, cooler, umbrella, bikes, beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs were a huge asset for the beach. This place can accommodate 8 people very nicely! We loved it and would go back in a second!!

Great, spacious property. Great management. Fully enjoyed our family vacation!

Property is very well maintained. Enough space for a big family. Everything is provided (dishes, utensils, bath towels, beach towels, gas grill), nice furniture, lots of space, 14 feet ceiling in a living room, large lcd TV in a living room and in each bedroom, Wi-Fi. A car port and a driveway are suitable to fit at least 3 cars. Beach chairs, beach wagon, plastic cooler, beach umbrella (heavy duty), swim boards and everything for playing with sand is provided. Bikes for kids and adults are available for use. 5 minutes walk to a beautiful White Powder Sand beach. 0.9 miles to a Pulbix grocery store. Fully enjoyed our vacation! Come and see by yourself. This is great property for a family vacation.
