Why Cam Cutler, Russ Cutler, Brent Cutler chose Okanagan Valley

This home was owned by Arthur C. and Ruth K. Cutler from 1956 to the present. Their four sons: Cam, Russ, Brent and Gregg were raised in this home and live in the immediate vicinity. With the passing of Ruth in 2010 (age 93) and Art in April of 2014 (age 98), the home is now owned by all four brothers. Their parents have not lived in the home since 2010 and renovations were undertaken at that time. The original home, built in 1938 has been torn down to the foundation and rebuilt over the past three years with the work only recently completed. Steps have been taken to retain the character of our family home and family memories attached to it. We feel that this is an ideal home for families to enjoy the beauty of the Okanagan surroundings that we have loved since 1956 and invite you to spend time here.

Truly a 5*. Property all around!

  • 5 of 5

We had the privelege of staying in this family-owned gorgeous property with 2 other families. This was hands down the cleanest property ever, with lovely decor, top-notch furnishings and all the linens, etc... The bedrooms are all spacious, clean with lots of storage and the living sitting/dining rooms also have ample room for 12 people. This property has absolutely incredible views of the lake, nestled literally among the multitude of vineyards and wineries of Naramata and is so well-kept. Lots of grass area for kids to run and play on, delicious cherry and plum trees and the best part is the owners genuinely care for this property. Cam was helpful, honest, and so pleasant to talk to. We would definitely and highly recommend this property! Oh ya, and it's only a 10 minute drive outside of Penticton...but that 10 minute drive takes you through "winery-row" which is even better! Just a lovely experience all-around! Thanks Cam and family for your hospitality!

Even better than the photos show!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I had the most unforgettable time at Cam's property. The house is so well made and well maintained - beds and linens were about as comfortable as we've ever had, and bathrooms were like new. It was like staying at a hotel! The property is adjacent to a cherry orchard, and the backyard is filled with apple, plum, peach, pear and cherry trees. Cam and his family were also so warm and welcoming. We all wished our vacation didn't have to end!

Fantastic views 360 degrees

  • 5 of 5

A well-maintained and spacious house with plenty of stretching out room for everyone. There's outside space in the front and the back so it's easy to either sit in the sun or the shade. We were extra lucky as it was cherry season and Cam let us pick fresh cherries for our desserts. And they were yummy! The views of the lake and the mountain were easy on the eyes. We loved walking up to the Kettle Valley Trail out back of the house in the morning and going for a long walk on the former rail bed. More great views to take in and lots of friendly people along the way. The village of Naramata at the end of the road is charming. And so many winneries to visit, we simply have to come back again!

Exceeded my expectations!!!

  • 5 of 5

The owner, Cam, was always prompt to reply and extremely accommodating before we even arrived. Their home is absolutely beautiful and I did not want to leave. The pictures do not even do it justice. Everything was clean and tidy, and we had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and we were only minutes away (by car) from many wineries. If you are looking for a peaceful and enjoyable escape then this is just the place for you! Cam allowed us to pick fresh cherries from their cherry trees and provided suggestions for hiking up to get an even better view. It was just a short cab ride into downtown Penticton. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay there again in the future :)

Well-Appointed, Spacious Naramata Home

  • 5 of 5

We rented this house for a group of 8 friends who came to celebrate a 50th birthday celebration with some biking and wine tasting. The house is conveniently located near many excellent wineries: Nichol, 8th Generation, Deep Roots, to name a few. We accessed the Kettle Valley Railway by hiking up behind the house to the trail. The bike ride from the house to Chute Lake was approximately 4 hours of riding with stunning views of the lake. There were beautiful front and back patios, perfect for lounging outside on a sunny day. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed: lots of plates and wine glasses and more than enough towels. Cam offered excellent service and provided us with lots of information prior to and during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and will definitely return one day!

Weekend Away in Naramata

  • 5 of 5

Recently a group of 12 of us stayed at this house for a weekend and had a great time. The house is exactly as seen in the pictures and is very clean. The master suite is absolutely amazing with a view of the lake from the patio! I honestly have nothing bad to say and would stay here again in a heartbeat! The surrounding orchard is beautiful as well. Cam was great to deal with throughout the booking process and met us at the house when we arrived to show us around. Highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay in the Naramata/Penticton area!!
