key word : Vacation House
Owner is a very friendly and humorous person. He is a doctor and works at his own clinic every morning. One of the main reasons for vacation house is to see many people from all over the world.
'Have a wonderful journey in Kyoto!'
Maneger is a son of the owner. We hope to see you soon.
This home was so charming in a very convenient and what felt like a true neighborhood. The owner was warm and very helpful. Loved this stay.
My experience at this house was very nice. My 2 friends and I spent 10 days there. Went to visit my son that lives in Japan so it was like home to have him come over for dinner. He stayed with us for 5 days and loved the house. He wished he was living in a place like that. Kenta was so helpful with any problems we had. always there when we needed him. Location was in a very nice area subway was 1 block away convenient to go anywhere we wanted.
Felt like home. Thank you Kenta for letting us stay Angela
Our family of four stayed at Kenta's house for ten days and had a wonderful time. The house is in a quiet residential area, but very close to a subway station, which makes the location very convenient. The house is spacious, spotless, and has everything a family may need. Kenta was a pleasure to deal with - very nice and accommodating. We are very happy that we met Kenta and stayed at his house. If we decide to visit Kyoto again, we would stay only at his place. Thank you, Kenta, for making our vacation stay one of the best memories of visiting Japan.
Kenta was extremely nice and accommodating---from meeting us at the subway, providing us with bikes and being available for answering any question we had. Our family of four enjoyed our stay. Between the access of the bikes and the proximity of the subway we were able to get anywhere. Biking to the local markets while discovering a few shrines along the way made this a wonderful location.
I think you will be very sorry if you don't stay at Kenta's place. First, Kenta will meet you at the subway station and try to help you in every way (by the way he speaks English and Spanish in addition to Japanese). Second, his place is close to the subway and you look out on the local ball park (only a little noisy on weekends). Our nephew and his wife stayed with us--very comfortable for four. There is a lovely bathroom and kitchen. So to sum up--very green surroundings, but close to subway; very comfortable for four; lovely and clean and great stove and washer, etc. One last thing, you can explore northern more rural parts of Kyoto on two bikes, which he provides. If you to Kyoto (and you should), don't miss this!
We loved our stay here. Family of 5 with 3 teenagers. We chose this place based on reviews and to give our family some space. It was perfect and could easily fit 7 or 8.
Kenta was fantastic. Easy to contact. Met us at the subway station and nothing was too much trouble.
The bikes were great for getting around the local area.
Subway station literally 150m away. Convenience store even closer.
Stayed in January and we had snow while we were there but still nice and warm inside the house.
Thanks for a great stay Kenta. Highly recommended!!!!!
