Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment is located in the centre of the old walled city which is fantastic for easy access to the beach, the marine swimming pool, the islands accessible at low tide, the ramparts, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. It is on the 4th floor so up 7 flights of stairs but that is a minor inconvenience compared to its proximity to everything and the fact it keeps you away from the noise from nearby restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and spacious with all the facilities you might need and the owners were very nice and helpful. The ferry terminal is close to the walled city and we opted to travel on the ferry as foot passengers and walk to the apartment which can easily be done even with fairly young children. Not sure what parking arrangements there are if you took your car.

Overall the apartment was a great cental base for exploring Saint Malo and had everything we needed.

Perfect for family of 3-5 or a couple.

Saint-Malo is a breathtakingly beautiful little town in northern Bretagne, France. This apartment is in the heart of old town with numerous amount of shops and restaurants, surrounded by walls and sea. It is in 4th floor (no elevator, no balcony) and maybe about 65-75m2. It is really well equipped with full kitchen with dish washer, livingroom, adults room, bathroom with bath tub+shower+laundry machine and a room for kids with 3 beds and lots of nice toys. Next door is also a playground and very nice beach. Our family of 5 just loved all 6 days we spent here in June 2017. You also have to pay for gas+water+electricity (for us, 20€).

Only minus is that basicly You have to have a car to get here, and then You have a slight parking problem. Streets are narrow but do-able and parking costs quite much (9am-12am and 2pm-7pm), but don´t sweat for this, it is do-able too!

Definitely worth going, very nice apartment, reliable landlords and absolutely beautiful little town. Full recommendations!

Appartement idealement au coeur de Saint Malo

Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Tout y était. Jeux jouets petites attentions

Nous n'avons été gêné que par le manque de cuiller en bois pour les poêles téfal !

Seul bémol la prise de tête en fin de séjour pour le calcul des charges.

Sommes malgré tout prêts à revenir car nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cet appartement idéalement situé.
