About the property

The apartment is located in a luxury residence 'Les Eterlous', in the center of Val Thorens, the summit of the 3 valleys.

It has been entirely renovated in 2005 : new kitchen with modern household appliance (oven, fridge, dishwasher,...), new carpet, new paint.

Since 2010 summer, new equipments are available : new curtains in the sitting room and the bedroom, the carpet has been changed in all the apartment and the bedroom has been repainted.

A modern coffee machine Philips Senseo, a new kettle and a raclette machine are at your disposal in the kitchen.

A new LCD TV with access to TNT and 30 chanels is in the sitting room.

Basic products are also in the apartment to make easier your arrival (salt, pepper, dishwasher products, bathroom products,...).

Val Thorens is a pedestrianized resort, you have the possibility to rent our private parking.

Not suitable for familes...very loud neighbours

Stayed here in February 2018 for a week. Before we booked I emailed the owner asking about noise from other apartments as we had two young children in the party. He said it is fine but you may get some noise outside on the road. We were prepared for this, so the children slept away from the road so couldn't hear anything.

What we couldn't get away from was the loud music and shouting from the other apartments. This happened every night normally starting at 8pm and not finishing until around 1am. There was no one to compliant to in the apartments, as there is no reception. We did go upstairs to tell them to stop, but there was either no answer or too many apartments to stop them all.

One neighbour we did speak to, who is there for the season, said it's like that most weeks.

The owner is good at replying to emails before you book. But once booked, forget about it. Emailed a couple of times after booking but heard nothing back. Just interested in the money.

The only plus with the apartment is the location. Very close to the lifts, and great skiing all day in Val Thorens and the 3 Valleys. Was just a shame we had to go back to the apartment every night.

Would definitely go about to Val Thorens, but never again in this apartment.

Excellent apartment in a superb location

  • 5 of 5

I stayed with my wife, daughter and granddaughter for a week in February and had an excellent time. Location is perfect, very central and close to the slopes and lift (and ski schools). Would recommend to anyone wanting an apartment in VT. Would definitely stay again.

Wish I was still there :-)

- Reception des clefs tardives sans problème 21h15.

- Parking privé fermé à prendre absolument (l'année derniere j'étais au P0 parking ouvert / j'ai retouvé ma voiture avec la batterie vide)

- accès pistes 1 min a pied

- casier à ski sécurisé

- couchages fermes et récents

- sdb neuve

The flat is in the center of the resort Val Thorens, the highest resort in Europe (2 300 meters).

You will enjoy the great snow during all the winter season.
