Our beautiful three bedroom/two bath garden level condo in the world famous Mauna Lani Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii's prestigious Kohala Coast can be your unique vacation experience. The Mauna Lani Palm Villas is a small gated complex located on the 17th fairway in the heart of the resort with its own waterfall pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Our condo is fully stocked and ready for your arrival. It sleeps 6 comfortably so you can bring the kids and Grandma and Grandpa or four of your best friends.

There is central air-conditioning, but the natural cross-breeze combined with the shady location keeps our condo remarkably cool. The common areas, entry and lanai are tiled also keeping everything clean and cool. The 9’ ceilings are open and spacious.

We have wireless high speed internet and unlimited long distance so you can stay in contact with the office or family on the mainland (including Canada). Our memory foam mattresses are made in the USA.

Rental includes all linens, dishes, pots and pans, and beach towels, chairs and cooler. Additional amenities: soaps (dishwasher, dish, laundry, personal), iron/ironing board, hair dryer, alarm clocks, coffee grinder, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, salad spinner, prep bowls, foil, plastic wrap , paper towels, bath tissue and spices.

MASTER BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS

The master bedroom features a California King Four-Poster Pineapple bed with a high-end bamboo (keeps you cool) memory foam mattress with oodles of pillows for your comfort. A flat screen 37” TV, dual nightstands, a dresser and a desk/chair complete the ambiance. The ensuite master bath contains double sinks, a soaking tub, separate shower, and a walk-in closet.

QUEEN BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS

The queen bedroom also features a sleigh bed with a high-end bamboo (keeps you cool) memory foam mattress with oodles of pillows for your comfort. A flat screen 37” TV, dual nightstands a dresser and a bench complete the room.

TWIN BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS

We have two extra-long twin beds that can be moved next to each other to form a king-sized bed, again topped with high-end bamboo memory foam mattresses. There is a nightstand and dresser completing this room.

LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS

The living room is a wonderful place to relax with seating for six plus. For entertainment, there is a 50” flat screen TV with HD service, a Blu-ray DVD player which has internet access to your Netflix or Hulu-plus account for downloads of your favorite movies and shows. There is also an AM/FM stereo/CD player with docking for your iPod or MP3 player.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS

For dining, you have the option of dining at the table with seating for six or at the kitchen bar with seating for 4. For cooking, we have provided you with everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal.

LANAI

You can walk directly onto the beautiful, landscaped grounds within steps from the pool, spa and fitness room from your private lanai. The lanai features a table with seating for four, wet sink and built-in gas barbeque.

LOCATION

The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a 15-minute walk away, on a paved trail that leads through a Historic Preserve and ancient fishponds. Enjoy excellent snorkeling at this easily accessible bay, with lifeguard, chaise lounges and clubhouse. Private beach parking is also available for guests.

Additional resort facilities are within a short walk of our front door including two championship golf courses, miles of beachfront, a world famous spa and fitness center with an Olympic pool, a tennis center, shops, and restaurants. The Mauna Lani Resort includes miles of hiking/biking trails through ancient Hawaiian fish ponds making it perfect for walkers and joggers. The new Shops at Mauna Lani features island boutiques, fine dining and a gourmet full service supermarket. Foodland Farms carries freshly caught fish, grass-fed Big Island beef, locally grown fruits and vegetables, as well as prepared foods.

All of these amenities are within walking distance from the Palm Villas, making it a most convenient location. Bordered by a Historic Preserve and the Mauna Lani North Course, it is also one of the most secluded complexes in the resort. With only 9 buildings and 44 units spread over 6 acres, it is the lowest density complex at Mauna Lani.

Loved the condo, very comfortable and great snorkeling at the private beach!

The private beach had some of the best snorkeling in Hawaii and maybe the world! Sheltered area with lots of beautiful fish. Also saw turtles and eels several times. We went to a couple other places, but waves made it tougher. Pool was nice with cute geckos and beautiful flowers.

We had 4 adults and 2 kids and was comfortable for us all! Hope to return someday!

Owners are very responsive and helpful!

Excellent Condo and Wonderful owners

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was exactly as it was portrayed and more. The condo was well stocked. Everything we looked for was there and there were loads of extras we have never had at other condos we have stayed at. Great for the kids to be so close to the pool for the quick swim in the evening before bed. Information about the island was a big help beaches restaurants etc. Thanks so much hope to stay again in the future.

No hesitation recommending this awesome home

I researched and did more reasarch on finding the perfect rental four our first trip to the Big Island. It paid off.

First, the Kohala Coast is the best place to stay. Second, Mauna Lani Resorts is perfect. Palm Villas is quiet and low density. It also has a parking pass to the beach at Mauna Lani. Without the pass, it's a long walk with gear. This beach is small but has some of the best snorkeling in the area if not the best. Also very family friendly.

If you've decided on Palm Villas, this condo is perfect. Barbara views it as a home first. There is pride in ownership.

The location is near the entrance and the pool is a walk across the lawn from the backdoor. The location within the Palm Villas is perfect.

The condo is fully stocked. We've stayed in many rentals and this place is the most well stocked condo we've rented. Wow. And the garage is full of chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, coolers, paddle board, beach bags etc. Truly amazing.

The condo itself is well appointed. Nice and modern. The Master bath is great. Nice shower.

We used the grill. And it was easy. Nice to be able to cook at home.

Coming from someone who has rented properties in different areas of the US, I have no hesitation recommending this place. You will not be disappointed.

Loved Our Stay!

We stayed a short 4 days at Palm Villas C2 with our two daughters who are in their 20's. We all wished that we could have stayed longer. The location was perfect. We were on the island for a wedding and had family spread along the coast. We loved having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club which was within walking distance along a path through a historical preserve and ancient fish ponds. Although a splurge, the restaurant at the Beach Club, Napua, was a great place to have lunch and our meals were prepared so that we could eat them on the beach. I am sure that dinner would be just as wonderful. Additionally, we could meet our family at nearby beaches such as Hapuna and Beach 69. 49 Black Sand beach was another favorite within a few minutes car ride from the condo. We really appreciated that Palm Villas C2 was very well stocked with anything that we could need during our stay ( from beach equipment to paper products). It was clean, updated and spacious. Just as pictured on this site. We enjoyed being on the bottom level with a barbecue grill and direct access to the pool. We could walk to the Mauna Lani Resort, to the shops and Foodland Farms for groceries from the condo. The Fairmont Orchid is also very close and we enjoyed an evening visit there. If we had stayed longer, we would have liked to research how to rent bikes to ride in the area! We would definitely return to Palm Villas C2 and recommend it to friends. Barbara was very easy to communicate with and concerned that we had what we needed for our visit. Thank you so much!

very comfortable, well stocked condo

We have stayed in several Palm Villas condos and enjoyed them all. This one is the best stocked yet, with everything you could want in the kitchen and lots of beach equipment in the garage. The beds are comfortable and the furniture very comfortable. I highly recommend staying in this condo.
