Rod and Melissa, our wonderful vacation rental agents at City Life Suites, Victoria, will be glad to assist you with your reservation and will be glad to answer any questions you may have. We are passionate travelers, who have visited many countries and have a keen understanding of the things that make for great lodgings. What makes this Condo unique
A large patio, overlooking an inner courtyard 'Zen Garden'. Fully furnished with large patio table and chairs, extra lounge chairs, patio umbrella and gas BBQ. Stayed at Terrace Suite for one week beginning April 24, 2018
This is the first time staying at the Terrace Suite although we have stayed at other City Life Suites before. As usual it was well presented and we really enjoyed the large terrace with all the greenery around it. It was in a great location and was easily accessible to the downtown, harbour and restaurants. We would recommend this location and as always Melissa and Rod did a great job of welcoming us and ensuring everything was in good order for our stay.
I loved my stay at the Harmony Suite. The location was perfect--within walking distance to my work, many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Rod and Melissa are delightful and attentive hosts. I look forward to my stay next year.

City Life Suites
This is undoubtedly the best equipped condo we have ever stayed in! The kitchen is supplied with any and everything you could possibly ever need, and it is all high quality and in excellent condition.
The location of this condo is perfect - just steps from Chinatown and a very short walk to the waterfront and downtown Victoria. Restaurants are only a few minutes away.
What we particularly loved about this condo was the outdoor patio - which was perfect for dining and relaxing. There is a great bbq that we used frequently.
The property managers are fantastic to work with - everything was handled quickly and efficiently. This is definitely our "go to" place in Victoria, and we will definitely be back. It is first class all the way!

City Life Suites
Great suite in great location!
Spent a week in beautiful Victoria and this suite and the location certainly made it enjoyable. Rod & Melissa were very friendly and efficient, Rod was waiting for us upon our arrival to welcome us and show us to the Harmony suite and explain how everything worked. They even supplied a loaf of bread, milk, fruit, tea, coffee, spices, etc. A very nice touch that was very appreciated. It is very well equipped and the spacious patio was a real bonus. We walked everywhere we wanted to go and left the vehicle parked in the free secure underground parking for the majority of our stay.
Lots of wonderful restaurants, pubs and shopping within a very short distance. Close to the harbour!
There was construction going on in the next lot but it really did not bother us and the owners have no control over that.
Lots to see and do in Victoria if you want to do it! We had a great week and hope to return and would certainly stay in this suite again!

City Life Suites
We had a wonderful stay at Horizon Suite. The apartment is nicely furnished and very well equipped. Since we had great wheather we especially enjoyed the terrace and the opportunity to barbeque .
Also loved the perfect location - everything within walking distance.
Special thanks to Melissa who made everything so easy (from the first mail contact to the check out).

Honestly, you could not find a better area in which to stay. While the apartment is close-in to everything, it is located on a side street and the unit looks into an inner courtyard garden, which offers you a refuge from the streets outside.

Cancellation Policy Our reservation and cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a large hotel since a cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests and to us as, in most instances, we will have turned away other guests who would have reserved the apartment for your dates. Our cancellation policy states that, "should you fail to use your confirmed reservation, we reserve the right to retain all funds received as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee." We recommend you consider trip cancellation insurance to protect your vacation. We are required to charge taxes on all reservations. If your stay however is one month plus one night (or more) taxes are exempt. British Columbia Provincial Sales tax requires that we charge taxes on all occupancies of one month or less. If you reserve for one month, plus one day (or more) your booking will be TAX EXEMPT
