This longtime family-owned beach house is situated on one of the most popular local beach streets on the Newport Peninsula! Just 2 houses back from the boardwalk & sand, our location is ideal for travelers wanting the best vacation experience Newport Beach has to offer: easy walking distance to the Newport Pier area, complete with restaurants, shops, sight-seeing, recreation and more! Also nearby establishments within 2 short blocks: major grocery store, banks, eateries, coffee, and more shops! The car can stay in the garage as you enjoy playing at full throttle, or relaxing with a book on our rooftop deck, away from it all.

With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and cozy front balcony in addition to the rooftop deck, this upper unit is fully furnished and stocked with everything you would need for a hassle-free, memorable vacation year-round!

The master bedroom has a unique set-up: the queen bed and step-in shower are located within the actual bedroom, with a small door that leads to the room's private toilet and pedestal sink.The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and cable TV. The third bedroom is furnished with a king bed. Two twin size trifold twin floor mats are provided (best used by children), along with pillows/linens to accommodate a total of 8 maximum guests.

PARKING: 1 designated parking space is provided in a shared double garage. Fits mid-size/minvan vehicles, but no SUV's due to low overhead clearance. General street parking (metered and non-metered) can also be utilized.

Bookings are available only on a weekly basis in the summer months; 3 night minimum requirement in the off-season/winter months. Pricing varies accordingly.

We offer competitive pricing for our guests with beach cruiser bike rentals for the entire family from infants to adults; free delivery and pick-up included, along with helmets and locks for each bike & trailer. Just call or email us for details.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning; however, there are ceiling fans throughout the unit.

I know I was not asked to do so, but I believe it is always effective to give some feedback upon our stay in a rental apartment!

More precisely, I would like to give some very good feedgack about our stay at 115 apartment, on the 34th street at Newport Beach.

Firstly, the location is just amazing. As a Greek guy whose life is associated with the sea water, the location of the aparment was just ...perfect! Having the vaste ocean next to you is not something that you get it easily! the upper terrace equipped with the long chais produced some of the best pictures and overnights gatherings always in a cozy atmosphere!

The instructions about the TV (cable) were explicit and the variety of TV channels was sufficient, in order to get a grasp of the Media in USA! The cleaningness of the apartment and the amplitude of towels (beach and shower type) was higher than adequate and in short, the apartment was a great deal for the given price!

I would like to thank you again very much for printing out our tickets for the NBA game and in overall to thank you for the very good assistance (in terms of communication) all the way throughout our booking process and stay in Newport Beach.

Have stayed at Newport Beach at least once a year for past 6 years and this was by far the most we paid for a place and the shabbiest we've stayed. Tile floors cracked and the 2nd shower is IN the bedroom-not in a bathroom. Also the closet is about 18 inches wide. With shower in the bedroom and the closer built out into the room, there was no room for suitcases When we got there, it was very hot with only 1 working fan. Rachel was responsive in getting us fans the next day but it made for a very uncomfortable night. They offer bicycles, but with the three oversized SUV's from the lower unit parked in the drive, there was absolutely no place to park and lock. These vehicles also prevented us from washing the sand from our feet. We could not access the spigot. As a safety PSA, it is impossible to get into the top bunk with the ceiling fan running. Hit my 10 yr old grandson in the head and knocked him off. The bar b q grill is OLD. Right burner going out and when the lid was lifted, flew off and almost hit our grandson. They do have a washer and dryer, but you have to pay for it and it eats quarters. Every single time There is a rooftop deck with a view of a roof. Cushions very worn and shabby with disposed lumber thrown over the fence. Screens on the doors to the deck would be nice for air flow. We don't expect or want luxury, but with the exception of the appliances, it is very worn. Also as a 'buyer beware': We have used VRBO through management companies and through individuals. There are significant administrative charges. Left something there, called and never heard back. Go through an individual. It's a good location to the beach and we've never stayed any further away. Newport Beach continues to be our "go to" location. Just not here. It was a week of making lemonade out of lemons

Nice house by the beach

This house was a perfect house for welcoming family and celebrating Christmas. It had everything we needed. A few steps from a beautiful beach, with two great decks. The description and reviews are accurate. Some things were worn but it was clean and well supplied. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Space & Service

I have rented several different homes in Newport Beach over the last few years. This house was also one of the best located of those I have rented. Literally steps from the sand and a few blocks at most from restaurants and shops. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The owners were fabulous to work with, even bringing us chairs and a beach cooler to rent for a day. Also, having parking was great.

However, the property could use some upgrading. The second bathroom is barely a bathroom. Really a shower (with no water pressure) in the second bedroom. The tile floor in the kitchen was cracked, and the furniture was pretty worn.

If you want a great location, great customer service, and a lot of space, this house would definitely work for you. If higher end and/or upgraded finishes and furnishings are important, you may not be satisfied.
