|Minimum Stay||5 nights|
If you want a true feeling of living in a beautiful cabin in the mountains come stay in our home. We have kept the taste of old Whistler in the original design, but have renovated and made the cabin modern. It has a cozy feel, but is roomy because of the open design. You can sit back in the leather furniture and enjoy spectacular view of Wedge and Whistler Mountains, or view the fire in the impressive floor to ceiling rock fireplace.
One of the best things about our home is its location on the Valley Trail, and close distance to Meadow Park and the recreation center. In less than a minute you can be on your bike and exploring Whistler's fabulous paved bike trails. You can easily bike to Green Lake, Alta Lake, Lost Lake, or bike to the village. In the winter this trail becomes a cross-country trail or a great area to go for walks.
The cabin will sleep 10 people. There are three bedrooms downstairs, and two double beds in an open loft.
The upstairs has hardwood floors and a floor to ceiling river-rock gas fireplace.
The kitchen is spacious with new appliances, and stocked with everything you need.
The dining room table is a room highlight. Because of the picnic table design there is plenty of room to seat lots of people.
There are two bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has an air-jet tub.
The living room has a 55' smart TV. There is full internet coverage.
The loft area is a fun place for kids to play games, or have a quiet place away from the living room. We have a good assortment of games.
As this is our winter home and special to us, we only want to rent to families or mature couples. Whenever possible we like to meet our renters. We would be very happy to talk to you in person and answer any questions you may have.
We require a minimum stay of five nights.
Very nice kitchen and open concept dining/living area. Valley trail is literally right behind the house, which made it easy for us to access all of Whistler on our bikes. Thanks!
We rented this house for one month this Summer. The owner was very easy to deal with and ultra responsive. This house is exactly as described by the owner and the photos on the website are representative of the house. The house was immaculate and we felt very comfortable relaxing after a day of Whistler adventuring. The house is well stocked with everything that you need on holiday. The location on the Valley trial and near Meadow Park and the sports centre is great for making the most of the trails and sports facilities. I would highly recommend this holiday house in Whistler.
Our family group of ten stayed in the house for a week. We loved it! The description of the property was accurate, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is good, the furniture is very comfortable, the view is outstanding, and more!
The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals, and we loved sharing our meals at the giant wooden table.
Some little things that were provided at this house that we haven't had at other places we have rented----lots of hooks for hanging towels and clothes, plenty of really nice towels, toilet paper, and soap for showers, dishes and laundry---made a difference.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental to others!

Our family first stayed at Brian and and Debbie's cabin for Spring Break in 2013 and had such an amazing time we booked again this spring... You get the cozy cabin feeling with updated and upscale finishings... most amazing trail access from back door takes you to rec center in minutes or up towards Alta Lake. Super cozy leather couches all recline and take away any stresses you may have sitting in front of the impressive oversized fireplace while looking out towards Blackcomb with floor to ceiling windows.
Updated large bathrooms.. heated tiles & jacuzzi tub on entry level with 2nd full washroom with walk-in glass shower on main floor...
Booked in room massages where they set up in the loft- we felt spoiled rotten!!!
Highly recommended for families and couples retreat!!
Eight of us (two families of four) found this home to be the perfect place for four adults and four children, all aged 10 and 12. We even decided, shortly after our arrival, that we would extend our stay, largely because the home was so lovely and well suited for us. It was clean and spacious and comfortable, with nice beds, linens and towels for all of us. The kitchen was very well equipped and modern. We all enjoyed together time on the main floor and had plenty of space for private time in the bedrooms below and the loft above. The kids loved the loft and treated it like it was a special private hideaway. They all slept up there in the two double beds. The "entry room" proved to be a great place to store, put on and take off all our ski gear, with endless hooks for all our gear. The heated tile floors and big tub in the bathroom were a pleasant surprise too! The beautiful wooded and mountain view from the main floor was a bonus , and the leather furniture in the family room was super comfortable and cozy. The huge dining room picnic style table made for fun family dinners and a game night too. The kids enjoyed running down the Valley Trail just outside our door to the great park less than 1/4 mile away, and we also walked the short walk to the recreation center to use the great facilities there, including the pool, hot tub and sauna. It was our first visit to this beautiful home, but hopefully it won't be our last. Thank you to the lovely owners, who we talked to a few times. They clearly care about their guests and work hard to provide them with an optimal experience in their beautiful home!
Our family of 5 rented this property for a ski holiday over Christmas/New Year's 2015. We were highly satisfied with the home and the convenience to the village. The house is located in a quiet wooded neighborhood less than 10 minutes from Whistler Village. With snow on the trees it is an idyllic setting with gorgeous views of Blackcomb.
The home has all the amenities a ski-family could want. There is a spacious mud room for storing skis and getting boots on and off. The bedrooms are comfortable with ample room for storage. The kitchen has great appliances and, for those who like to cook, is fully appointed. We loved the picnic table in the dining room for our dinners at home! There is gas powered fireplace that is easy to use and warms the room. There TV and internet work well for evening entertainment.
There is a cross country ski trail immediately behind the house that connects with the trails at Lost Lake Nordic Center. Is is an easy walk to the main road for hopping a bus to the village.
Debbie and Brian were great hosts. The home had plenty of towels, bedding, and amenities for our stay. They were a pleasure to rent from.
We sincerely hope to return for our next family ski holiday!
