Available for 26-day minimum rental June through mid-October. Already rented for the month of July 2015. 100-year old Eucalyptus trees arch across this quiet street. From tree-lined street step across front porch into spacious 3,800 sq ft home -- large living room (28x17) on right and formal dining room (16.5x13) that seats 10 on the left. Pass first floor bathroom on your left and enter large, well-equipped kitchen (15x12) -- granite covered island with prep sink and seating for 5, double oven, 5-burner gas cook-top. Pass through to family room (19x16) and sun room (12x10) with table seating for 8. Step through French doors to patio with dining seating for 10, a gas grill, and a fenced back yard. Upstairs find a MBR (19x15.5) suite with sitting room (12x12) , wet bar, and fireplace. MBR Bathroom (16x8.5) with jacuzzi soaking tub and separate shower. Upstairs also includes three additional bedrooms -- (28x13), (13x10) & (11x10) -- and two additional baths.
Kitchen Amenities: Double oven, Prep sink and double sink, 5-burner gas cooktop, 48 cu ft double door refrigerator/freezer; propane gas grill; central air conditioning (two units); fenced side yard; large side patio with two tables and ample seating; front porch with conversation seating; tile or wood floors throughout; flat screen TVs in family room and 2 bedrooms.
My family came from all parts of the country and converged on Coronado for my daughter's Wedding! What a lovely, quiet neighborhood, so close to everything! The home was large enough to accommodate my family, yet warm and charming with modern amenities and well maintained. The parlour off the kitchen was a favorite meeting area and we didn't turn on one of the many TV's once! We'll be back!
The house is perfect for a family with either young childen or teenagers! It's a 1 minute walk to the bayside overlooking downtown San Diego and a 5 minute walk to the ferry if you choose to play tourist and not wanting to drive to the "mainland". Quite a few shops and restaurants as well as a couple of grocery stores (also carry gluten free products) are within walking distance (5-10 minutes) Had great dinners at Sapori! Lots of outdoor patios to sit and people watch while drinking your favorite afternoon frappe or cocktail. We enjoyed our morning walks around the island as well as stopping by Starbucks for coffee!. The Island is great for bicycle riding, running and or walking.
The house is wonderfully kept. The kitchen is extremely large and totally functional and well stocked with everything one needed to cook with! We ate at the bar in the kitchen most meals! Why dirty the formal dining room!
We enjoyed sleeping with the balcony doors open most nights!It was great to wake up in the morning and be able to sit on the balcony and enjoy your coffee and read the newspaper. The upstairs bedrooms are wonderfully large and furnished very nicely. The soaking tub in the Master bedroom is exquisite!
Our two teenage boys love coming out to Coronado and staying at this spacious home.They always have a great time and are easily occupied The owners have done a wonderful job making us feel very welcome in their home.
We'd recommend this house to anyone who wanted to have a great spacious home, with an absolutely wonderful location on Coronado!
Our family has stayed at this beautiful home on three different vacations. We have always had a wonderful time and have had other family members or friends join us.
We really enjoy this end of the island due to less traffic, many Restaurants and shops that are in walking distance from the home.
We also love the rear deck in the mornings for coffee and the evenings to relax after a day on the beach or golfing.
The home is in excellent condition and maintained extreamly well.
I would recommend it to anybody wanting to stay on Coronado.
Two blocks from Orange Avenue, main street of Coronado Village. Five minute walk to the Ferry Landing shopping center, the San Diego Bay beaches, and the pedestrian ferry to San Diego. Perfect location for an extended summer stay.

1. Security Deposit: $2,000 in addition to rent (Due at check-in)
2. Cleaning Fee in addition to rent (As Required at Check-out): $300 (Due at check-in)
3. Initial 25% payment includes reservation fee of $1,500 that is non-refundable unless house is re-rented at same or greater amount
4. Monthly fee for July is $12,000 but house is already rented for July 2014.
