This cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is perfect for avid outdoor enthusiasts who want to experience it all. This ski in/ski out condo is right on the four o'clock ski run. Sit and enjoy a warm beverage on the balcony while taking in the scenery. Just out the front door you will have access to the 2 indoor hot tubs, and large outdoor hot tub. There are barbeque grills that you can use while entertaining. The condo features numerous upgrades guaranteed to make your stay a Five Star experience.
Bathroom was clean. Location and view good for the price paid. Bed very uncomfortable and kitchen needs updating. Limited silverware and drink ware. Would stay in condo area again, but try another unit. Decorating needs updating as well.
Wonderful ski-in ski-out position on Four O'clock run and directly across the road from Snowflake lift and free buses around town. Signage to the condo is not good. You have to go around the back of a building for which only the number 620 is visible in order to find 660, the number of the block in which this condo is located. The name of the building 'Tyra' was covered in snow when we arrived so the instructions for locating the apartment were not sufficient.
It is an older apartment but freshly painted and nicely decorated. The bedroom with windows on two sides is very light and gorgeous with a lovely view. It would be good to have a carpenter spend half a day in the condo to rehang the sliding doors between bedroom and living area since they don't close properly and to fix drawers in a bedside table. In general it was well equipped but it would be good to have some cooking containers that could be used in the microwave and more than 2 coffee cups for a condo that sleeps 4. We are a mature age couple who spent 17 nights there and thoroughly enjoyed our time.
The location was good. Finding the unit itself was not trivial, luckily someone in the parking lot saw my confusion and helped me find the unit. The complex and unit seem to be a little order and this unit needed some maintenance. The closet doors were broken and there was no handle on the refrigerator door. The unit was clean, as were the linens. I thought the additional fees were very high. I only stayed 2 nights, but the cleaning fee, damage protection and additional fee, more than doubled the cost of the 2 day rental. A little misleading when you compare the final cost to the nightly rental.
We had a great time here. This is in a perfect spot. A couple blocks to downtown Breck and hiking trails just our the back door. It is nice that you can take off your gear and hang out on the back deck while enjoying the scenery. The bed was comfortable and the sofa with sleeper is brand new with a comfortable mattress. I recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable getaway.
The location was fantastic and the property was clean upon our arrival. Over all, we found the property to be very dark inside. The rooms were extremely small and the property itself was old. It was equipped with the basics. It also had the correct amenities as described in the write up. Would I recommend this property to a friend or stay here again...I don't think so because of the cons I've listed in this review.
