This well-appointed home also includes exercise equipment, front-loading washer and dryer, a gorgeous garden patio set, BBQ, and firepit. For families with smaller children, there are tons of toys to keep your little ones entertained, as well as a crib and high chair.
This two-storey home with a double garage is located in a quiet, safe, family-friendly neighbourhood of NW Calgary.

This house is located in a safe and family-friendly neighbourhood with excellent amenities and provides great access to all major highways which makes exploring the city as well as the mountains a breeze.
We stayed for few days at the property at the end of August. Very nice house, clean with a lot of room in three bedroom upstairs and an extra room in the basement. The house is well equipped in appliances and household goods required for day to day living. The hosts makes you welcome at their place and try to accommodate non standard arrival. I would recommend that place if you are staying in Calgary.
We stayed in this wonderful home with two families (8 people) and were very pleased with the amount of space it offered everyone. The home and kitchen are very nicely furnished, with lots of little extras that I don't often find in other rentals. The owners were polite and prompt, and met us for a walk through at the beginning of our stay. I would definitely recommend this rental.
My family members and I stayed at the house to attend our niece's wedding. We found the house to be very clean, very comfortable and well located only three blocks from our niece's family home.
The owner was extremely friendly and eager to help us in any way. We were very pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to rent this property again or to recommend it to others.
The owners of this property were very easy to deal with. They answered emails readily and sent reminders for any outstanding payments. This is a very spacious home which allows a larger group of people to be together without feeling crowded. We rented this property for 12 days and for the most part really happy with it. We did find that the kitchen needed to have a few more basic pans/pots and just overall basic dishes but we were lucky to have family in town to lend us some.
This location is a short and easy walk to a fairly larger shopping area which was very handy. It also is quite close to the C Train so if you are not familiar or comfortable with driving in Calgary this is definately a good option.
We would definately rent this property again if we had the option.
I stayed at this property for a week in July and booked it again for a week in August. The house is clean and spacious and within easy access to Calgary Olympic Park, Calaway Park, Cross Iron Mills Mall and the Rocky Mountains. Neighbourhood was quiet, safe and well serviced (with shopping and restaurants within walking distance). Owner met us personally both times on arrival and was a pleasure to deal with all around.
I stayed here with three other parents as our kids were playing at Volleyball Nationals at U of C. The owner had us text 30 minutes before we arrived and was there to let us in, show us around and answer any questions - very nice guy. Property was totally as described and we enjoyed our stay. Close to the University and tons of amenities (grocery store, drugstores, coffee shops, restaurants, liquor stores, etc). Beds were comfortable and house was nice. The only thing that might have been better would be a few more bowls/etc in the kitchen. Great stay, would book again if we had another trip to Calgary.

With the bus stop being right across the road (literally less than a 10 second walk) and the elementary school being a 5 minute walk away, this home is ideally located to suit all your needs.

Stays of a month or longer have a cleaning fee of $250 per stay and a security deposit that is negotiable for every stay.
