WE DO NOT RENT BY THE MONTH/SEASON IN THE WINTER!
Came here with 3 of my buddies on our annual ski trip.
The place was wonderful. Clean and spacious, plenty of room for us four, 6 ft + men. Could have easily brought our wives and girlfriends too.
The property was perfectly situated in the middle of all the mountains we wanted to get to. 5 min drive to Copper, 15 min to Keystone, 25 min to Vail, 35min to Beaver creek.
Main street Frisco was also very close, couple nights we decided to walk instead of driving, took us maybe 10min.
We were too tired after skiing everyday to get to the clubhouse to take advantage of the hot tub/pool, but that too sounds like a nice perk.
Would recommend this place to everyone, if we're ever back in CO we'll look to stay here again.
We stayed here over Labor Day weekend and met our daughter, her husband and two kids there. It was perfect! The closet was large enough to set up our pak-n-play and the baby had a "private room". When we first moved in, we were impressed with how clean the townhouse was. The no shoes policy was not an issue for us. The pool and clubhouse have been maintained very well. Amy was great to work with, although we had no problems for her to handle. Beautiful place, comfortable townhouse, excellent value. We'll stay here again!
