The suite is over 900 sq. ft and comes with a very comfortable bed, luxury linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen and in-suite laundry that gives you all the comforts of home. Walking distance to Kitsilano Beach, Granville Island, groceries, movie theatres and the trendy shops, bars and restaurants of West 4th and Broadway. The property is 5 minutes from downtown Vancouver, and 15 minutes from UBC, by public transit. Full high speed WiFi is also available. Why stay anywhere else when you can stay on the main floor of a 1912 Kitsilano character home complete with wainscotting and large windows and a deck with sitting area looking out onto a garden.

We bought this property as I love Kitsilano and Marilyn loves downtown. This property is a perfect compromise as we can conveniently enjoy both neighborhoods from this location.

What makes this house unique

One of the best features of this house is the ability to walk down the railway tracks straight into Granville Island. From there, you can hop onto on an aquabus for a quick trip to downtown to continue your sightseeing adventures.

Heart of Kits. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and downtown.

We enjoyed our week long stay in Scott's home, which is a lovely heritage style house within walking distances to Grandville Island as well bars, cafes and shopping along trendy Broadway and 4th. We walked or used public transportation within Vancouver and rented a car for a long weekend in Whistler. I highly recommend this confortable retreat.

Charming one-bedroom on main floor of heritage home

Everything worked the way it was explained, great digital key so no need to pick up somewhere offsite or find someone home upon arrival. Big bedroom with a super comfortable bed, big kitchen with lots of counter space and utensils for cooking any meal. Enough seating for 6 allowing us to have our kids and spouses for dinner. Very close to the 4th Avenue shops of Kitsilano, our favourite part of Vancouver: shops, restaurants, wine, food, it's all there! Highly recommended and would stay there again.

Lovely roomy clean place

We enjoyed staying here, it was roomy, clean, bright, quiet. Easy to get in and out, well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Great location to everything, the airport, VanDusen Gardens for the light display, downtown, Granville Island.

The only issue we had was finding parking during the weekdays. It is almost all by permit only and the few 9 - 6 spots were taken early on in the day and kept all day. Mu spouse has arthritis in his knee and cannot walk far so having to park blocks away was an issue for us. It was better on the weekends.
