About the property

Townhome, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Sleeps 11

Close to the slopes of Park City- Canyon Village with a private hot tub, this relaxing Park City vacation rental is a lovely family getaway for all types of guests.

Want to spend more time enjoying your vacation and less energy worrying about the details? Vacasa has partnered with KEY in Park City, where a local concierge can handle anything from stocking the fridge with groceries to hiring a babysitter to bringing in a Christmas tree before you arrive. After reserving your stay, you'll receive details about how to take advantage of this service!

Located four miles away from Park City's historic downtown, this home sits in the base village of the resort. It's just 50 yards or so to the Cabriolet Ski Lift Base for easy access to the slopes all times of year. Ice skating, dining, shopping, and spa services are all within walking distance. Park City's two other resorts are just five or so miles away, either by shuttle or by car!

This contemporary home combines the modern with the colorful, and accentuates the quirky and the vintage with bright pillows, old ski trail signs, and a life-size wristwatch clock.

Gather in the living room with your choice of entertainment, including the basics like WiFi and cable, and fun extras like a gaming system, a DVD/VCR player, and a stereo system for background music. The large sectional sofa offers a prime spot before the TV and the fireplace.

The modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and white cabinets provides ample space for in-house chefs to let loose their culinary talents. Dine at the picnic-style dining table before heading out to the private hot tub, or the shared pool and tennis courts (summer only).

This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home can sleep 11 people comfortably. Two bedrooms have king beds, and two bedrooms have queens. The loft area, accessed through the second bedroom, has a twin and a full bed. A sleeper sofa downstairs offers additional accommodations as necessary.

This home is also equipped with a washer/dryer for convenience. Bringing small kids along? This home comes with Pack 'n Plays, booster seats, baby walkers, monitors, and children's ski clothing.

This lovely rental is great for groups of friends and couples traveling to Northern Utah to ski/ride, enjoy the Food & Wine Festival or the Sundance Film Festival, or bike and hike the Wasatch Mountains.

About Vacasa, UT - Utah Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a websitecould be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great trip

What a wonderful condo to spend Spring Break. Two families of four really enjoyed spending time together, and relaxing after a hard day on the slopes. Definitely would rent again.

You'll be happy you rented here!

 • 5 of 5

Location was great. Place has everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. The owners really try to make you feel like you can borrow/use anything. Thanks for a wonderful trip. We will be back! Suggest renting at Aloha up the street. Makes this place almost a ski-in/ski-out.

Great location for skiing Park City!

 • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time skiing Park City for a week in March. This condo was perfect for our group of 9 adults and did not feel too small. You literally walk 1 min to the Cabriolet to go skiing each morning. The garage has ski racks and the boot and glove dryer was a plus! We enjoyed nights in the hot tub, playing board games and making dinner at the condo. We did have an issue with the hot tub, but once I called, maintenance was there within an hour to fix the problem! The free local bus is right across the street by the 7 Eleven so you can get to downtown Park City within 15-20min to enjoy Main Street festivities. Highly recommend this condo for its location and amenities!

Perfect spot for a group ski trip!

 • 5 of 5

Gorgeous place - steps away from the Cabriolet lift. Pristinely cleaned & outfitted. 10/10! Could not have been happier with the unit, the location and the service provided by the property managers. We've been coming to Park City for years and this is far & away the best place we have stayed in. We were 8 adults & skiing Canyons was our most important priority - this place was comfortably big enough, great kitchen to cook in and big couch to relax on. Will be returning next year.

Excellent location, great for families.

 • 5 of 5

We had a great time at this property. The location near the Cabriolet is fantastic, and it has two pack n plays, a booster seat, and some kids toys and books. It was perfect for my 1 yo and 3 yo. It was very easy to come back down the mountain for lunch and naptime. We loved the living room and dining room. It was perfect for family time.

Only negatives are the dishwasher stand to be replaced (not effective, and makes a funny clicking sound when running), there weren't enough wash clothes (like 3 or 4 total), and the large pots in the kitchen had taken some hard use and could also stand to be replaced. A large wok-style pot would also have been nice, rather than just very deep pasta pots. The thermostat broke while we were there, and the management company was responsive in getting it replaced that day, so I'd call that a positive.

Great location, a bit dated...

 • 4 of 5

The unit is just a few steps from the Cabriolet lift, can't get much easier. Also very close to Whole Foods and shopping nearby. The unit itself has a good floor plan and has a homey feel to it. The only negative is the kitchen - the dish washer was barely working and the pots/pans were covered with burnt food. If they can make a few upgrades here, I'd give this place 4-5 stars!
