Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a websitecould be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Gorgeous place - steps away from the Cabriolet lift. Pristinely cleaned & outfitted. 10/10! Could not have been happier with the unit, the location and the service provided by the property managers. We've been coming to Park City for years and this is far & away the best place we have stayed in. We were 8 adults & skiing Canyons was our most important priority - this place was comfortably big enough, great kitchen to cook in and big couch to relax on. Will be returning next year.
We had a great time at this property. The location near the Cabriolet is fantastic, and it has two pack n plays, a booster seat, and some kids toys and books. It was perfect for my 1 yo and 3 yo. It was very easy to come back down the mountain for lunch and naptime. We loved the living room and dining room. It was perfect for family time.
Only negatives are the dishwasher stand to be replaced (not effective, and makes a funny clicking sound when running), there weren't enough wash clothes (like 3 or 4 total), and the large pots in the kitchen had taken some hard use and could also stand to be replaced. A large wok-style pot would also have been nice, rather than just very deep pasta pots. The thermostat broke while we were there, and the management company was responsive in getting it replaced that day, so I'd call that a positive.
The unit is just a few steps from the Cabriolet lift, can't get much easier. Also very close to Whole Foods and shopping nearby. The unit itself has a good floor plan and has a homey feel to it. The only negative is the kitchen - the dish washer was barely working and the pots/pans were covered with burnt food. If they can make a few upgrades here, I'd give this place 4-5 stars!
Location, hot tub & grill were the selling points for this unit. The condo could use an overall update. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes and the temperature of the water in the showers was temperamental. Large home which was great for our group and easy to get to/from the base of the mountain. Something to keep in mind, the cabriolet that takes you to/from the base of the Canyons stops running at 7 p.m. so plan on an early dinner if you decide to eat at the base.
