This new 140 sq.m villa with 110 sq.m terrace is 300 metres from the beach in a residential area of Saint-Cyprien-Plages.
It is perfect for two or three families who want to take a vacation together.
With four-star quality and top-of-the-line amenities, this house features a terrace offering sun and shade the entire day.
The yard and pool are graciously maintained every Saturday by Sylvie, our landscaper.
This property boasts five upstairs bedrooms; three air-conditioning units; a heated 9 x 4 m pool with secure electric shutter, outdoor shower, four Vlaemynck sun loungers; built-in barbecue; six large LED TVs, one of which measures 50 inches and is in the main living room; secure WiFi connection; two customized wooden arbours, one of which features a 6-metre electric awning (right by the pool) to enjoy the sun or shade all day long; two fully-equipped kitchens (two washing machines, two dishwashers, two ovens + two microwaves, two fridges); two bathrooms equipped with thermostatic bath/shower with towel warmers; three toilets, one of which is in a bathroom; and five bay windows + electric windows. This secure enclosed 370 sq.m property ensures personal privacy. Pets are welcome as well (but you must discuss with the owner beforehand).
There are three new ivory leather couches in the two living rooms to offer you even more comfort and privacy throughout the year.
All sheets, mattress covers, pillow cases, along with a beach towel and two bath towels are included in the price for anyone staying between February 15 and November 30th . During the rest of the year, they are € 15 per person.
(The set is available in a vacuum-sealed package from the St-Cyp dry cleaner's, our partner since the start of this year.)
Eight bicycles are also available at no extra charge (you are responsible for their use), four of which are city bicycles for a more comfortable ride.
The walk from Racou to Collioure is the area's best route to walk along the sea.
The 45-minute route departs from the Racou beach and takes you along the rocky coast to Collioure. On this well-marked and beautiful path, you will see the sublime colours of a dock. The walk is quite nice for children as well, but unfortunately pushchairs are not recommended.
You can enjoy a nice 45-minute walk along this path in the morning around 10 a.m. when the sun rises, eat lunch at a little restaurant in Collioure, and come back in the afternoon.

This house was built by local craftspeople; we are the first and only owners of this house located in a small complex of 17 houses 300 metres from the beach.

The fine sandy beach is located 300 metres away, and 500 metres away, you will find a number of lagoons where you can play in the water with your children in a very safe area.
Saint-Cyprien has been a Blue Flag beach for over ten years, meaning that the water quality is good all year round.
There is a heated pool 300 metres from the beach, and eight bicycles are available to use on the nearby paths.
The house also boasts a private WiFi connection and six large LED TVs in all the adult bedrooms. The garden and pool are maintained every Saturday at no extra charge.
All bed sheets, mattress covers, blankets, two bath towels, and one beach towel, packaged together in plastic wrap are provided by the local dry cleaner's at no extra charge between February 15 and November 30 .. During the rest of the year, they are € 15 per package.
There are two bathrooms with bathtub and three toilets to ensure each guest's privacy.

A lovely villa, very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday including very comfortable beds. There was plenty of space for all of us. The garden was peaceful and the swimming pool was excellent and a perfect temperature. The descriptions on the website were very accurate and everything was exactly as expected including the 8 bicycles which were very much appreciated.
The villa was in a quiet residential area very close to the beach and a short distance from the centre of St Cyprien. There were some local shops just around the corner and a very good supermarket a short walk or cycle ride away. We were well placed for exploring the local area using cycle tracks or further afield in the car and we enjoyed visits to Collioure, Elne, and Castelnou.
Cyrille was very pleasant and friendly; he replied efficiently to all my emails and gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived. He was extremely helpful and gave us lots of useful information about the area which helped us to start our holiday well. We really appreciated the beds being made up for us on arrival and not having to bring any towels and sheets. The Sunday to Sunday booking was a big advantage too as we were able to get good flights to Perpignan from the UK.
We would love to have stayed another week and would definitely go back again.
Superb villa, perfect for two families. Location great, beach 5 minute walk away with great beach bar. 15 minute stroll to the harbour and large selection of restaurants. Cyrille and Laurence are lovely and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again. The Williams Family, Cheshire.

We had a brilliant holiday in this lovely family villa. There were 5 adults and 5 children and plenty of room for us all. The location was amazing, right next to the beach and we loved our morning cycles to the boulangerie.
The property was very clean and well maintained. The garden was great and the pool was a perfect temperature and lovely and clean.
The customer service was great and the owners were very helpful.
My only comment would be that there should be some more mugs in the property and perhaps some plastic cups and bowls for small children. Other than that it was perfect and we would definitely recommend to family and friends!
A deux familles avec 4 enfants entre 5 et 10 ans nous avons passés deux semaines magnifiques dans cette belle maison bien entretenue. Nous avons surtout apprécié la proximité des petits commerces et de la plage avec ses restos de plage et surtout la piscine. (pour les adultes elle pourrait être un peu plus longue, mais les enfants ont adoré) La maison est également idéalement situé pour faire des visites touristiques de toute la région midi-pyrénées. Accueil chaleureux et simple. A recommander sans bémol!
Très agréable villa tout confort : piscine, transat, clim. .. beaucoup de vaisselle ce qui est très appréciable à 10. Villa à proximité de la plage: nous y allions à pieds avec notre enfant de 5 ans. Vélos très pratiques pour faire de belles ballades...
en conclusion : un sejour superbe avec un accueil tres agreable et des renseignements bien utiles pour connaître la région!

The shops and services within 300 metres are the following: a mini-market, pizzeria, bakery, and a seller of Catalan wines (who is very kind by the way!). A supermarket in a mini-mall is 600 metres away by bicycle. The butcher shop Chez Carlos is highly recommended; their merguez and Catalan sausages are a true delight at a reasonable price.
The local market takes places two times a week by the beach 500 metres away.
Those who like to wake up early will be able to buy fresh fish at the Port Saint-Cyprien beaches.
These fish are caught at night and sold by Catalan fishers at unbeatable prices starting at 8:30 a.m. (when in season).
Mackerel or fresh sardines from the Mediterranean taste great on the barbecue!
Golf: The international Saint-Cyprien golf course is 1 km from the house. This 18-hole course comes highly recommended — the grass is beautiful and always well maintained, and competitions take place there throughout the year, with the most occurring in June.
Ski: The Font Romeu ski resort needs no introduction; it is an hour drive from the house. You will also find the larger, more upscale Andorra la Vella ski resort 15 km away in Spain.
