About David Zimmerman and Roxanne Bartsh
Hi Folks... My name's Jack. My people, Dave and Roxanne, purchased this building in 2001 before I was even born. Dave has been working on renovation of this building and Roxanne owns Wild Ginger Boutique which is on the first floor of the building. The 3 of us moved into an apartment in December 2013 so we are right here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I look forward to meeting you!

We loved it!
Such a great place to stay, this was our first time in Zumbrota. We saw Avett brothers nearby in Treasure Island Casino. This was nice and close for us. We would definitely return. What a gem on Main Street. Thank you David & Roxanne! :)
So clean, comfortable, and inviting! Really nice place to stay!
This was just what we needed while visiting family in the area. It had all the comforts of home, is conveniently located and has fantastic hosts! We loved our stay and will be back. Also, Guy is adorable and friendly.
Awesome Stay in Zumbrota Apartment!
This apartment is so cute with 5 rooms and lots of personality!!
Dave & Roxanne the hosts are so friendly and helpful! I was on my way to the store for coffee and Roxanne offered to grind some coffee beans for me! Their dog Guy became our buddy! He is so friendly! The apartment was very convenient to the downtown area of Zumbrota. It is very safe and check in and check out was so simple! I appreciated the full size refrigerator as I was on my class reunion committee and had lots of food to bring to our reunion. My husband and I both grew up in Zumbrota and this was a really neat experience to stay in an apartment on top of a downtown business!
Our latest Zumbrota trip
I can't say enough nice things about our stay in Zumbrota. The apartment is perfect-always clean and comfortable. It is near grocery, parks, shopping, restaurants, library and more. Dave and Roxanne are wonderful hosts along with a new 4-legged friend, Guy. (He's wonderful too.) Concerts in the parks, Farmers' Markets, hiking trails, county fairs and more fill our days. If I'm lucky I find some time to work on my quilts.
My wife and I were very pleased with the recently renovated apartment that we rented for the evening. It was very clean and nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Very reasonable price also, highly recommended!
Zumbrota is becoming a real arts community. Stay for the music concerts on the weekends at the Zumbrota State Theatre or Crossings at Carnegie. Check out the links for ZAAC and Crossings. If you need a place to stay as you visit Mayo Clinic, you couldn't ask for a nicer place to relax after a day of appointments. We are only 20-30 minutes from Mayo Clinic.
