Brian Head also makes for a great stopping point in between touring some of this nation's greatest national parks, with Zion and Bryce Canyon National Park just 73 miles away and Arches, Canyonlands, and the Grand Canyon just a little further still.

My wife and I just came back from Brian Head today after a 4-day trip. This condo was thoughtfully designed and well taken care of. Check-in simple. Location was great. Very short walk to Apple Annie's, Cedar Breaks, etc. Shuttle service we used every day which picked up at the front and made it convenient. The condo had everything well stocked as advertised, cable TV & Wi-Fi worked well, we cooked breakfast and ate out for dinner. The fireplace right next to the lazy boy was my favorite way to end the day. Oh yeah, not to mention we used the jacuzzi in the clubhouse. What a picture perfect view from a hot tub!
I'm ready to book again for next winter already:)

Staying here in Timberbrook has made me think about making a BH purchase for future use! This rental is clean and tidy. The layout is perfect. Will defo come back to this property as a renter! (Unless I make a purchase here!). There were three of us and it was very spacious and comfy! My truck was too tall to park in the garage so I parked outside and there is ample parking for that as well. All in all this was a great experience! Also the property manager lives one level down and is very personable! My only pet peeve is there is an $85 charge for cleaning fee and along with that is a list of cleaning items I as the renter am suppose to do prior to leaving! My gripe is if you charge then this is your responsibility like a hotel!
Perfect place for three people. Kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. Very quiet complex. We'd stay here again! Rec room is very nice with indoor pool, spa, ping pong table, fusball, pool table, and air hockey
