Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
I am very impressed with the level of care and concern I experienced form the local Vacasa representative. Eric was awesome, he drove to his son's house more than 17 miles away in the snow to deliver to us a space heater on Christmas morning. This above and beyond call of duty and he deserves an award for this.
The condo is cute, but the bathroom walls need to be scrubbed down and the sheets were covered in dog and human hair! The rest of the condo was clean and had everything we needed.
This condo is cute, but it needs to be deep cleaned, especially the bathroom walls. The bed sheets also need to be double or triple washed to make sure all dog hair is gone...that was a bit gross!
We visited March 2016. Stayed for 5 nights. The place appears bigger in the pictures then it really is. Cannot be much bigger then 600 square ft. Wouldn't recommend for 4 adults. Good for family with small kids.
There is about 60 stairs to get to the apartment. We didn't mind it, but someone may.
Kitchen was equipped very good. We didn't miss anything there.
There was no hair dryer. Hot water wasn't problem at all. There was enough and quickly.
No wood for fire place. We visited at the end of ski season, so maybe they were out of wood??
No cable or satellite TV, but it has DVD player and VCR player.
What we didn't appreciate at all, and what was huge turn down was the dog and long human hair in master bed. On sheets, pillow covers, fitted sheet. That bed was absolutely disgusting. We called the number listed by the front door and left several messages, but nobody called back in 5 days!! There was a bin with extra towels and sheets, so we were able to find some in better shape and use it. It still had a lot of hair on it. Whoever is doing laundry there should start using some fabric softener to get rid of the static electric from the sheets.
We appreciate that they accept pets, but the hair was too much. I wish I can attach images.
I would stay again if the place didn't have the hair issue.
