About Vacasa, UT - Brian Head Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Cute & cozy, but......

 • 3 of 5

The condo is nicely decorated and warm. The location directly across from Giant Steps was great for skiing. The unit needs some TLC: refrigerator leaks water inside, toilet whistles like a tea pot when refilling, the TVs are TINY, and the DVD player is broken. The condo was cozy for our family of four and we were able to bring along the dog. The condo is reasonably priced.

Cute and cozy, but.....

 • 3 of 5

It was nicely decorated and cozy. However, the toilet screamed like a teapot when flushed (making midnight pees very loud), the refrigerator leaks water inside (getting food wet) the TV is TINY, and the DVD player is broken (won't open without prying). It is very conveniently located across from Giant Steps for a quick walk to the lifts. Dog friendly and nice complex make for a nice visit.

Not great

 • 1 of 5

The property was not cleaned before we got there. We arrived around 7 and did not get the property cleaned until around 10. After traveling for 8 hours, we were very disappointed to show up to a place that should have been ready for us.

Great vacation rental company

 • 5 of 5

I am very impressed with the level of care and concern I experienced form the local Vacasa representative. Eric was awesome, he drove to his son's house more than 17 miles away in the snow to deliver to us a space heater on Christmas morning. This above and beyond call of duty and he deserves an award for this.
