About Vacasa, CO - Summit County Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great stay for the family... minutes from Copper
Stayed here for 3 nights. Very comfortable, with the only complaint was that the apartment was on the 3rd floor, with three flights of stairs... a little bit of a jaunt carrying coolers up 3 full flights.
Perfect location, close to everything!
Would be 5 Stars, but the beds were terrible
This property has a great location for our summer vacation to Frisco/Breckenridge. There was plenty of space. Our kids had their own room. And the club house with the pool, hot tubs, and laundry was just next door. However, the mattresses were terrible. My husband and I moved to the futon in the living room. And my kids ended up sleeping on the floor in their room (fortunately we had their sleeping bags and pads in the car for another trip). I would stay here again if the owner would get new mattresses.
3rd floor condo
Nice little spot close to the hot tubs with all you need for a vacation.
Ski trip for 4 adults
This condo worked well for out ski trip to Breckenridge. Frisco is a great town to stay in; several restaurants and grocery stores and we did cook in for breakfast and one dinner. The kitchen in this unit is very well equipped. The unit is smaller in person than it looks on the pictures, but it was fine for 4 adults. Having only one bathroom was a small drawback and the mattresses were a little soft, but otherwise it worked out really well for us.
Frisco condo-convenient to skiing
This place worked well for a few days of skiing with our son and daughter in-law. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes so we could eat in for some meals. Could use new mattresses on the beds, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.
