Guestbook comments from the owner

We had a wonderful time at your cabin. We usually go to Gatlinburg every year, but decided to do something different, and I'm really glad we did. We loved how private your cabin was and it seems you are in the middle of no where, but really only a few minutes from civilization. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Awesome Retreat

  • 5 of 5

This cabin made for an awesome retreat getaway. We had a large group but had plenty of space to spread out. All of the furniture was incredibly comfortable and the large TV in the family room and entertainment area downstairs were a huge plus on rainy days. We felt right at home from the time we walked in, they have thought of all the small details. The river frontage was great and the kids spent hours upon hours tubing and playing in the river. Wood was provided for fires. Jennifer was great to work with. I am definitely coming back!

Awesome cabin

  • 5 of 5

The cabin was in a perfect location. It is well maintained and just as you see in the pictures. The cabin is a 10 minute or less drive into town to Ingles and Food Lion for groceries. The entertainment systems were fantastic. Surround sound is upstairs and downstairs, along with HD television. The cabin is also situated on the lower Toccoa river, which is perfect for trout fishing. There are many deep fishing holes right in front of the cabin. The only downside is that the cabin is built on a steep hill and parking is limited at the top of the hill. If there are elderly or handicap people in your group, you will have to drive them up and down the driveway to enjoy the river. My family and I will be back. It is gorgeous and an incredible place to stay.

Beautiful Home…Great Location

  • 5 of 5

I took my daughter and a few of her friends up for a weekend getaway to celebrate her 16th Birthday. The girls LOVED it and So did I. The home was REALLY well stocked and clean. The view was beautiful and it was close to downtown Blue Ridge, supermarkets etc. Hanging out by the river was fantastic and peaceful. Everyone had a blast, We would definitely rent this home again, as a matter of fact we are looking forward to going back soon.

Amazing experience

  • 5 of 5

My 3 girls and 2 nephew love the experience. The house is spacious and well maintained. The rooms are big. And most importantly it's a beautiful location with the river just yards away.

Beautiful cabin on the river!!

  • 5 of 5

We had a group of 12, from 18 months to 78 years old. The cabin was wonderful for all of us! We had a plenty of room. The young adults really enjoyed getting in the river (caution-- rises quickly when the generators run). Loved the hot tub and pool table. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked at home each night. Visited downtown blue ridge and Mercier orchards. Had a wonderful time. We did all agree the water pressure for showers seemed very low... even difficult to rinse our shampoo at times. Not sure if this is standard in mountain homes though? Overall, would definitely come again!!!

Very spacious and the outside area is amazing!

  • 5 of 5

Our family loved this very spacious home! There were so many areas to gather! Outside fireplace, outside eating area, comfy rockers on the porch, wonderful screened porch area as well as a hot tub over looking the Toccoa River! Our favorite was the outside area! There were 2 fire pits, comfy hammock, deck to picnic or fish from as well as steps down into the river. The outside area was manicured and very well kept! Very family friendly! Jennifer the owner is very easy to work with. Please note to follow the instructions regarding the information regarding the dam being opened. It matters! I appreciated the notice! Our family relaxed and enjoyed everything this beautiful property had to offer! We will be going back!
