Banyan Tree Unit #202 has recently been remodeled and is ready for your Hawaiian Vacation. The 1200 sq. ft. unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining area, & lanai that is 25' from the ocean. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed whereas the Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds. Shoji Screens divide the Master Bedroom and Living /Dining Area. 2 flat Screen TV's in unit, 1 42 inch TV in living room and 1 32 inch TV in Guest Bedroom. Kitchen has new appliances which include, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, and built in microwave. The unit has a full size stack washer and dryer. Phone available for local calls. Internet Available. The 2 bathrooms have easy walk-in showers. Ceiling Fans in Bedrooms and Living/Dining Area.

Banyan Tree has covered parking on ground floor and easy access by key/touchpad elevator system to reach floors above. A Veranda is available for your use on the 2nd floor. The Oceanside pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area is a great place for relaxing, swimming or cooking. Chaise Lounge Chairs, and Table Sets are available for your use. Your Private Lanai, the Pool Deck or 2nd floor Veranda are perfect spots to watch for whales, dolphins, surfers and Kona's Amazing sunsets.

Amazing place to stay.

This is a great place to stay. Sitting on the lanai, we enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night, saw sea turtles at high tide, dolphin pods in the morning and since this is the favorite spot for surfers, got to see some good surfing and waves in tbe early morning and evening. The condo was in a great location, close to town, easily accesible from both directions. If you go to Hilo, definitely try the Saddle road since once we found it, cut off at least 30 min. On the drive time. We would highly recommend this condo as a plaace to stay while on the Big Island.

Loved our stay in Kona.

The location of our condo was perfect. And the view from the Lanai is spectacular. Every morning we watched surfers begin their day on the waves. Sunsets are also beautiful from the Lanai. Close enough to downtown for easy access and being so close to the water made exercising, walking enjoyable - just watch out for traffic! The area is far enough away from downtown to be quiet, so we could have sliding doors open at night to get the breeze and hear ocean waves crashing to shore.

Spent a day on the North shore, a day on South shore (volcano) and a day in Hilo. Everything was easy access. Would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family!

Used Hawaii the Big Island Revealed as our guidebook and tried most of the dining establishments recommended.Preferred Bongo Ben's Island Cafe for breakfast over Lava Java for prices and availability. We discovered the Fish Hopper is a great place for breakfast also. For dinner we recommend the Kona Inn, Sam Choy's, Huggo's and Jackie Rey's. Would not recommend Bubba Gump's or Splasher's Grill.

Beautiful condo on the ocean!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the Banyan Tree condo. The condo is located perfectly 2.5 miles south of the hustle and bustle of the main strip, right on the ocean. Beautiful sunset views! The condo layout was perfect for a family with two young children with a separate bedroom with two twin beds for them.The condo was clean upon arrival and nicely furnished with beautiful local artwork throughout. The pool and shared areas were beautifully maintained, and there was no issue with noise despite being located on Ali'i drive. Dana is an attentive owner and was in contact through both email and text. We fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean every night! The little extras were much appreciated, for example: beach umbrella, beach chairs and towels, snorkel set, grocery bags and cooler. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need to make meals and there was an ample supply of extra towels, linens and other household items. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Great Condo

Thank you so much! What a wonderful stay we had in your lovely condo! It was well described in your posting and exceeded our expectations. We all loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone. If we ever get to come back, we hope we can stay here again. So clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated. Perfect for four people. And the location is great. We so enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching all the surfers. They entertained us from daybreak to sunset.

My husband and I loved this condo! The property looked exactly as it is on the listing - very clean, nice appliances, had everything we needed for our stay - a great layout. True oceanfront - which is exactly what we were looking for - with the sound of the waves right outside the sliding glass doors. Enjoyed having our coffee and drinks out on the lanai watching the surfers. Such an amazing view! The property - including the pool and barbecue area is very well maintained and we enjoyed being able to see the ocean from there as well. And nice to have the security with the elevators and pool area. The owner Dana provided excellent customer service. We would highly recommend this property. The location is perfect - close to town for shopping and dining. And the people at the Banyan Tree Mart across the street are also very nice and have quite a selection. It was hard to leave - can't wait for our next stay in Kona!!

This was an amazing condo! We arrived early to check in and ended up running into Dana, the owner. She was so sweet and allowed us to store our bags there while the condo was being cleaned. When we came back later that afternoon, the condo was perfect. The view is absolutely amazing!! We spent each morning drinking coffee and evening drinking wine on the lanai watching the waves, surfers, whales, dolphins, and turtles. It can't get much better than this! The condo was also very nicely decorated and had everything we could possibly need and more! The property itself was a great location and has a nice pool. We walked to town several times (3 miles each way). I would highly recommend this condo for you next stay in Kona!!
