Built in 2002, this townhome with an elevator has a 2 car garage and 3 living levels. The home boasts a private in-law suite on the bonus level with a king size bedroom set. Living Room, dining area, wet bar and kitchen are on the main level. A large master bedroom suite with a king size bed and balcony overlooks the pool area. The top level has 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed and 2 twin size beds. The townhome has 4 flat screen TV's, a CD player, DISH Network, Wifi Internet and North American Long distance calling included at no charge.

Excellent Location

We stayed in this townhouse from Feb 16- Mar 16 2016. This was a perfect location, walking distance to the grocery, liquor,drug and dollar store. Also walking distance to the Beach,Restaurants and Pubs with local entertainment. Could take the trolley from St Pete's to Clearwater.

Upon arrival it was very clean and ready for us to move in. We were four couples and found it was very spacious and had everything we required. Once the heater was turned on March 1st we were in the pool everyday and felt like the only ones in the complex.

Mark at Sun Vista Realty was very helpful and will certainly book with them again.

Would recommend this location to any group wishing to get away for a quite vacation.

Wonderful place to stay

Stayed here with extended family members and our stay could not have been better. A short walk across the street to the beach. Very clean condo with plenty of bedrooms. Close to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again

Could not have been better..

Our family had an excellent time at this home. We have a 5 and 6 year old so going up the stairs, seeing/traveling up and down the elevator, and the amenities (large tub) were perfect for them.

Public beach access is directly across the street which allowed for our family to come and go as we please. If it got to hot, we just hopped in the community pool which never had anyone in it...was all ours:) Also with the easy beach access we could go for runs in the morning on the beach.

With a family of small children we loved the fact a grocery store and a CVS were not even a half mile down the road. Being able to go grab something when you needed it was so convenient. And, you cannot forget putt-putt within walking distance.

Our stay was amazing and the owner was great to work with. You will love this house and we are already planning on coming back with 1-2 more families since there is so much room!

Spacious, beautiful, clean & family-friendly

I recently stayed at this beautiful townhouse and wow is it nice! All the furniture looks brand new and the bright, happy nautical decor in the main living area is a welcome departure from the typical beach condo motif.

It's a wonderful place for all ages with the elevator accessing all floors and thoughtful inclusions for children too - there are adorable little sitting chairs and table for kiddos in the living room!

This townhouse is just a SHORT walk from beach access between Madeira Beach & Redington Beach. We took a right once we hit the sand and the beach was all but deserted the entire time we were there. It's so nice to avoid the crowds and have plenty of space to spread out!

You can't go wrong with this townhouse if you're looking for the comforts of home (spaciousness, cleanliness, comfort) with a heated pool out the back door and the beach and Gulf just steps away. We love it and will certainly be back!

Legend holds that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to 'settle' the Madeira Beach area. Today, this Gulf of Mexico beach city, just west of St. Petersburg, is best known for the sea-themed John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, which serves up shops and eateries and a 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal. Madeira's 2.5-mile beach attracts devotees of sun and sea, and fishing in the primary sport activity. More grouper is brought into John's Pass than any other place in the state. 

In addition, each October, the community hosts the Seafood Festival at John's Pass, which attracts as many as 130,000 visitors to its celebration of food, music, and arts and crafts. Madeira Beach is part of a small barrier island community along Florida’s Central Gulf Coast. It is conveniently located within walking distance of famous John’s Pass Village, restaurants, beach bars and shops. Madeira Beach is also easily accessible from Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa.
