The second bedroom and third bedroom are also on the top floor. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Second and third bedrooms share one hallway bathroom.
The cozy family room, is functionally equipped with a 55 inch Flat Screen TV with Premium Comcast Cable TV includes HBO and DVR.

We used to live at this community, and like it very much. It is family friendly community. It is conveniently located at the heart of Silicon Valley with walking distant parks, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, library and etc. So we decide to buy an investment property there. Hopefully at the time we retired, we can come back.
The house comes with high rise ceiling, formal living room, dining room and cozy family room. It has big windows, and glass door. Full of sun shining. Three bedrooms are also spacious.
We stayed here after my 9 year old grandson had surgery at Stanford. It was nice having a garage for the car. There were many restaurants within a short distance.
The house was clean and all appliances worked.
It was a townhouse and there were 3 levels of stairs. That didn't bother us - but I don't remember reading that fact.
The pool area was a half mile away - very large and clean. The neighborhood felt extremely safe. We found a great trail to jog on across "Link mill" beginning in the park.
We had a good experience at this home.
We stayed at this property because it was within walking distance to Levi's Stadium for a couple of Copa America soccer games and it was a great location easily accessing the stadium. Was an easy 30 minute walk. Santa Clara is a good place to stay in the bay area because it's within an hour of pretty much everything we wanted to do - San Francisco, Half Moon Bay, Santa Cruz, Monterey/Carmel, wine country, and we especially enjoyed hiking in the giant redwood trees at Big Basin State Park. We went to Big Basin and Santa Cruz, and still made it back easily for a 7pm soccer game.
Vicki is a great landlord and will make sure you have what you need. Definitely recommend dining in Santana Row a few miles away. My wife and I were joined by our 3 college-aged kids and all had a great time. We would stay here again.
I could not speak more highly of this home. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. We were greeted with wine, which was a nice, sweet touch.
The neighborhood is safe and clean. We walked to coffee, meals, and Safeway. Our kids scootered around the town, swam in the pool, and felt at home here. I would absolutely come back and would HIGHLY recommend this for anyone. You will not be disappointed!
Nice to have restaurants & shopping within walking distance, or just around the neighborhood. Good location if wanting to visit both San Francisco and Monterey. The property is well stocked with cooking & eating utensils and having a washer and dryer is a plus, a bonus was having a printer available. We enjoyed the two car garage (with opener) and not having to carry a key (keypad entry) around to access this property was a plus. Plenty of space to spread out for the six of us who stayed five nights. Although not a concern for us, stairs were the only access to every level of the house. The owner, Vicki, was wonderful and gave us plenty of information about things to go and do in the area and was available if we needed her. Would stay again.
We rented the house for several days and were happy with our experience. Everything in the house was new, comfortable, and working. It's also close to the shopping/restaurants area of Rivermark, which was great for a nearby venture. Vicki was very responsive and made sure we had a great stay. Definitely recommend!
