LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Centrally located and only a few blocks off streetcar line. The building is a thoughtfully renovated historic building constructed in the 1850's. It offers guests the experience of the large proportion spaces 12ft high ceilings, 10 ft high doors and windows with the modern comforts of central air and heat. The balcony is a comfortable place to relax and overlook the streetscape of the park and Magazine Street.

This lovely 2 bedroom walkup on Magazine Street is well decorated and outfitted, impeccably clean and quite comfortable. The patio is a great spot for a glass of wine and sharing the events of the day. The location in the lower Garden District is perfect, and Calvin the host is very accommodating. I highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in perfect location!!

One of the nicest condos we have ever rented. Tastefully decorated, very clean with a fully supplied kitchen. We had plenty of space for two couples. The beds were very comfortable and each room has its own private, full bath. The outdoor deck was a great wine drinking/people watching spot. The living area has plenty of comfortable spots to sit and relax. You can walk to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, bars, art galleries and shops. It was easy to work with Calvin and he was very helpful. We will definitely rent again when we return to New Orleans.

First time in the Big Easy!

Immaculate two-bedroom apartment on the second floor, our first time in New Orleans and the place was perfect. I think our favorite feature was the veranda, either for coffee in the morning or a beverage in the evening after a day of exploring! We walked to the French Quarter from the apartment (maybe a mile and a half) straight down Magazine street. If you’re not a walker, Uber’s are plentiful. Calvin is a great host, you can’t go wrong with this place!

Fantastic!

I was hesitate to give a review because we want to be sure it's available to us whenever we travel to New Orleans!

We loved the location, out of the Quarter and so close to everything. We enjoyed coffee each morning and cocktails in the evening, people watching from the wonderful balcony. It was a bonus to have an off street parking space available as well.

Calvin was the perfect host, helpful but never intrusive ( nice checkin text to see if we needed anything).

Tasteful decor, plenty of room for 2 couples, nicely stocked kitchen. We will most certainly be back, hopefully sooner than later!

Beautiful & bright location in a funky neighborhood with great access to everything you'd want to do in NOLA.. Calvin was a great host - very accomodating.. Everyone in our group would highly recommend this spot.
