We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The place was clean and the kitchen stocked as well as any place I've stayed. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the owner is not very communicative. I made a request to reserve the condo but it was cancelled because he did not respond. I was having trouble finding a place, so I found his phone number and called, then he responded and we were able to make the reservation. The info prior to arriving was very basic, no elaboration, and the unit was hard to find. Just before leaving I sent him an email because we had a question about the key. He never responded so we had to use our best judgment. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and liked that the place had an elevator, just a little frustrating in trying to communicate.
My kids and I had a great time staying in this unit. While the decor was a bit dated and the mattresses in need of updating, the location was wonderful and the unit had all the little things that made for an excellent stay: wifi, great assortment of pots, pans, etc. and plenty of covered parking. Owner was easy to work with and fairly responsive to communications.
Great location , plenty of room, well equipped. Stayed there on a golf trip to MB. Owner was cordial, had all the documents, keys , passes in their place when we arrived.
Beach is a short walk across street (9 iron), restauarnts within walking distance, Restaurant Row within 1-2 miles, beach bar with live music across the street. Two pools to chose from, one out the back door, other across street on the beach.
The place was just as it was pictured on the website. It was clean and well maintained. We were 5 adults and had plenty of room. It was conveniently right across the street from the beach and we had views of the beach and ocean from our room. We would definately stay again and I would recommend this condo to my friends. If you are in the area you must eat at Villa Romano on Rt. 17 near downtown Myrtle Beach. It is the best Italian food you will find. You are also so close to the Tanger Outlets for a day of shopping.
Condo was great. Clean, all the essential items (iron, ironing board, washer dryer, internet tv;s) etc..... Within walkin distance to beach (across street) . More that a couple places to quench your thirst. Convenient to some nice restaurants.
