About Sandy Wagner
My partner Marsha and I are both native New Yorkers who spent many years travelling the world. Marsha is an attorney and I am a part time mortgage banker and entrepreneur.
Sandy Wagner purchased this Townhome in 2000
Why Sandy Wagner chose Strivers' Row
We moved to this house because it is a spectacular, gracious home. Most New Yorkers do not have the luxury of having the space we do. We feel very lucky to be living here

Loved, Loved, Loved this Loft!
We (a mom and two teenage girls) stayed in this charming, sunny loft for 6 nights. We loved it! It has great character, is very comfortable and also fun with all the extras (ping pong table, workout equipment, books, games). It's location is ideal, with two different options for subway travel (5-10 minute walk). The neighborhood was lovely, quiet and safe. Sandy and Marsha are two special ladies, sharing their home, as well as yummy treats everyday. We enjoyed breakfast every morning with the items left for us. Loved, Loved, Loved it!!!
Thanks. We loved having you stay with us and hope that you come back
The owners are dekightful hosts. Would highly recommend this comfortable, well-located home.
Unique and well worth it
What a wonderful stay in NYC. My fiancé had never been to The Big Apple and Sandy and Marsha made her feel right at home and helped with the comfort of the big city. The loft is shabby chic and in the middle of Harlem. Sandy had a walking tour book of Harlem, which gave us some great insight in the history of the neighbourhood.
We were able to park our car without a problem on the street, just offset from the house and it was fine when we returned to it two days later. We used the subway and cabs to get around, which just adds to the adventure.
Two things to keep in mind, the loft is open, so if your going to get amorous, don't be shy. Also, the tub is great as a jetted tub is, but a quick shower is a little more problematic. I'm a tall guy and I wasn't sure, while showering, was I supposed to be sitting, kneeling or standing. [sometimes I over-think things (I stood)]
The treats, fresh orange juice and pastries were outstanding.
Sandy and Marsha's loft made our engagement weekend that much more unforgettable.

What a fantastic place! Sandy and Marsha were great! The photos were accurate and the place provided us with everything we could have possibly needed and more😊 Thank you so much Sandy and Marsha for making our stay so pleasant!
Wonderful eclectic old house with unique style (contents and owners)
Not a dull moment for the entire stay between the first tourist visit to N Y and all the amenities included in the loft. Bravo bravo!!!!
Wonderful location to launch our tour of NYC!
I cannot say enough about this marvelous location as well as the owners! I was traveling with my son for the weekend and this was his first time to visit NYC. How wonderful to have as our launching pad this retreat in Harlem which felt as if we were in the center of the universe. The owners had a wealth of information about local transportation, a plethora of maps (cuisine to HipHop) which showcased locations off the beaten path, as well as tried and true "must see" locales. The space allowed us a comfortable retreat after a long day of walking and site seeing. Sandy and Marsha were available if we needed them but allowed us to occupy their top floor as if we had the place to ourselves. A fully stocked mini-refrigerator was in the space with beverages, hard-boiled eggs as well as fresh muffins and a birthday cupcake for my son (I mentioned we were traveling for his birthday in an initial message).
When opportunity allows another visit to NYC, I will only look at one location - Historic Strivers' Row!
