Very nice apartments in ROCHE BLANCHE, well laid tables and wooden decor, South West balcony, PVC window door, great sound and heat insulated, very good service. New in 2014: renovated kitchen corner. Opposite the tourist office, the ski school, sports club, swimming, tennis, games room - shops - restaurants - bowling. On the slopes (departure and return to the building on skis) - Larger ski area (Domaine des 3 Vallées). The highest resort in Europe 2300 m.

Hiking trails with mountain lakes in summer.

Provide tax (with the owner).

Skiing in the 3 Valleys at Easter 2015

We had a wonderful week skiing in the 3 Valleys. The apartment was ideally situated. Close to the shops and it was door to door skiing even at Easter. The chair lifts were very close and the apartment was perfectly situated for access to the 3 Valleys. The apartment was accurately described in the advert - well appointed and comfortable. There were 4 of us, but it can easily accommodate 6 although it might be a bit small for 6 adults. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and everything worked to perfection. Booking and dealing with the owner went very smoothly. All correspondence was by return and efficient. We slept very well at night. We could hear some noise from next door after 10 pm when residents were supposed to be silent, but this did not spoil our night's sleep. The sound insulation was good and it was mostly quiet at night. I would definitely recommend the apartment and the Val Thorens for a skiing holiday.

Appartement de tout confort aux pieds des pistes

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine de ski dans cet appartement fonctionnel, bien aménagé et en excellent état. Il est situé directement au bord des pistes et dispose également d'un casier à skis sécurisé. Les photos du site correspondent tout à fait aux 2 appartements proposés par les propriétaires. Le contrat de location est traité avec un grand sérieux, permettant d'effectuer la réservation en toute confiance.

Nous y retournerons sans hésitation et vous recommandons cette réservation !

Photos qui ne correspondent pas toutes au même appartement. Attention pas de lit double dans l'appartement comme on peut le voir sur une photo). Appartement qui mérite un rafraîchissement et une amélioration de l'équipement. Bonne proximité des pistes et des commerces. La municipalité doit réfléchir sérieusement à apporter plus de tranquillité aux vacanciers venus en famille (beaucoup de jeunes étrangers saouls et bruyants, la nuit notamment, dans le village et les résidences de manière générale).

Owner's Response: J'ai 2 appartements de 6 personnes identiques et cote a cote sauf sur un on retrouve par exemple le coin cuisine a droite et sur l'autre a gauche.l'agencement et le contenu est pareille.on n'a jamais parlé de lit double , sur le descriptif de l'annonce on retrouve 6 couchages donc 4 lits simple et 1 canapé-lit (2 personnes)C'est un peu dommage que vous avez suivi une famille qui n'a pas respecté mes consignes en partant ,aucun effort sur l'entretien de l'appartement, car en plus il avait retrouvé un appartement dans un super état a l'arrivée .Au niveau équipement:plaque 4 feux,lave vaisselle,four ,micro-ondes,réfrigérateur,téléviseur avec réception de la TNT et des chaines internationales,un service raclette et pierrade,et des couverts pour 20 personnes ,etc , une grande porte fenêtre en PVC Prestige avec triple vitrage (super isolation phonique et thermique).que faire de mieux pour mes locataires.L'appartement a été refait à neuf il y a 4 ans lorsque je l'ai acheté. Au niveau du bruit je l'avait déjà signalé ,c'est partout pareil dans les grandes stations! on ne dit rien si non il n'y a plus de client ( l'investissement pour l'isolation des fenêtres je ne l'ai pas fait pour mon plaisir.
