Un sejour de charme à Oléron

Un accueil chaleureux et zen .

La maison est située dans un des sites les plus agréables et calmes à proximité des plus belles plages sauvages.

L intérieur spacieux est coquet et très agréable à vivre.

Ce séjour à été du bonheur et nous reviendrons.

Havre de paix et très confortable

Située dans une allée résidentielle peu passante en bordure de forêt, cette maison bénéficie d'un grand confort. Idéale avec 4 grands ados (3 chambres avec de grands rangements, 2 salles d'eau), elle est très lumineuse. L'immense terrasse augmente la surface habitable, et permet de savourer dîners ou petit-déjeuners à l'extérieur. A l'heure la plus chaude, le déjeuner est très convivial sur la grande table octogonale de la salle à manger.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mme Racaut, qui connait bien l'île et a su nous conseiller. En vélo, aller au village prend 10 mn maximum en prenant son temps. Idem, on rejoint la plage de Gatseau en 5mn, et l'accès à la Grande plage en 20-25mn.

La propriété est bien entretenue, on s'y sent comme chez soi.

Une maison où l'on se sent comme chez soi (présence de livres dans les bibliothèques, d'épices et de produits de premières nécessité dans les placards et tout l'électroménager souhaitable

Maison à l'atmosphère délicieusement britannique (c'est normal, la propriétaire est anglaise)

Maison située dans un endroit très calme mais proche en voiture (2 à 3 min) du centre de thalassothérapie et des halles de St Trojan.

Maison au calme mais quelques points à revoir

Maison au calme dans un quartier résidentiel proche de la forêt. Bon confort mais l'intérieur mériterait un rafraichissement. Lors de notre séjour problème au niveau de l'électricité : par deux fois les plombs ont sauté et sans que l'on s'en rende forcément compte (la nuit par exemple) ce qui est gênant. Nous l'avons toutefois mentionné à la propriétaire qui a dû je pense faire le nécessaire.

Bonne adresse

Maison très calme idéalement située en bordure du domaine forestier, proche du village de St Trojan et des plages. Accès facile en vélo ou en voiture.

Coté equipements, rien à redire. Très bon accueil.

Nous recommandons cette location à tous, aux familles avec jeunes enfants, entre amis...

Petit paradis

Maison idéalement située, en retrait de la rue, à proximité immédiate de la forêt. Endroit très tranquille et très calme. Aucun danger dans la rue pour les enfants. Possibilité de se rendre au centre ville par une piste cyclable et à la plage du Gatseau en vélo.Maison très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre ( on s'y sent vite comme chez soi !). Les propriétaires sont accueillants et chaleureux et améliorent chaque année les prestations. Les animaux sont accueillis très gentiment et ma golden ne cache pas sa joie de se retrouver dans cette maison depuis sept ans aux vacances de Pâques. Elle n'est pas la seule ; grands et petits se réjouissent de revenir chaque année. C'est vraiment une excellente adresse !
