At the foot of the slalom slope, studio with independent mountain area, type T2, in a very quiet and luxurious apartment building. Pretty and well equipped, just renovated. Sleeps up to 5 people. Close to all shops, restaurants, pubs at 50 m, as well as a children's playground. Partial view of the Péclet glacier from the glass veranda. Winter: all commodities for skiing! Summer: ideal for very beautiful walks.

Fabulous little place to stay!

Stayed with our 8 year old daughter -her first time skiing. This was a great base -near to everything you need to be near. Don't forget to book the car park like I did as it's a long walk!

The apartment sleeps 5 and is very snug but cosy and warm. Will definitely return hopefully in the next few ski seasons

A nice apartment in val thorens,very nice location

A good apartment, and the location is perfect. You can drive to the slopes almost from the hotel, and your actually able to ski right to the front door. The super market and shops are close, and so are the bars and discos, but at the apartment there is no noise at all from the nightlife.

Great apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This flat was well equipped and well placed but very quiet.The heated balcony gave a bit of extra space and generally the flat was in good condition. Would definitely recommend this flat, but would say perhaps more suited to a family of five rather than five adults.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce de Val Thorens.

L'appartement correspond totalement à l'annonce ce qui n'est hélas pas toujours le cas.

Il est très bien placé tant en ce qui concerne la proximité des pistes que des commerçants.

Il est de plus situé dans un quartier calme de la station.

L'équipement électro-ménager est récent et de qualité.

La literie est de très bonne qualité, la véranda sur le balcon très pratique.

Nous louerons sans aucun doute une autre fois cet appartement.

Appartement de taille suffisante pour une famille de 4-5 personnes, bien aménagé avec déco sympa style chalet, bien situé dans la station (départ ski de l'autre côté de la place à 50 m et retour ski aux pieds possible, commerce tout proche), et très calme (ce qui est un luxe à val Tho!).

Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

A noter une communication facile avec les propriétaires.

In the resort you are situated at the top right hand: at the foot of the slalom slope. You can reach the building by skiing if you ride on this slope. In the morning you must go across the little square of Péclet and then ski directly down and at 100 m is the kindergarten of the French Ski School ESF: the Roc de Péclet for the very little ones, piou piou, oursons and the more experienced flocons. You are 1 minute away from the closest bakery, 3 minutes from 2 little supermarkets and a covered commercial centre, from pubs and restaurants. But shops are not located down the building, hence a great tranquillity in the building. On the right side of the building there is a children's playground in summer.
