At the foot of the slalom slope, studio with independent mountain area, type T2, in a very quiet and luxurious apartment building. Pretty and well equipped, just renovated. Sleeps up to 5 people. Close to all shops, restaurants, pubs at 50 m, as well as a children's playground. Partial view of the Péclet glacier from the glass veranda. Winter: all commodities for skiing! Summer: ideal for very beautiful walks.

  • There is a mountain area, independent from the master room with 4 bunk beds. One bathroom and separate WC. The master room disposes of a sofa bed, the kitchenette and is well separated from the mountain area by a door. The large picture window and the French window open on the glass veranda which is heated and is used as a dining room. This composes 3 independent areas closed by doors: so you have your intimacy.

I always let some household cleaning products, sponge, scraper and dishwasher tabs. I also let some table and sea salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, toilet paper and some staples. You can help yourself; it is enjoyable to come to the apartment without having to rush in the supermarket for these essential details. Please think to renew them for the next guests. Good location, cosy appartment

The appartment looked exactly as pictures on website. The host was excellent with her correspondence before we arrived. The agency were extremely kind to us, letting us in late after a difficult journey to the resort. We would suggest some more kitchen pans/utensils/a kettle for the kitchen. The linen we ordered from the recommended company wasn't of great quality and was stained. Overall, we were happy with the appartment but there is room for improvement.

Owner's Response: Madam, Thank you for your remarks. But first, I am not responsable for the linen because it's another service, payed to society in Val Thorens. I am a little sad to be recognised guilty, because I did nothing in this service and wasn't payed for that other service than mine. I did rent my flat. That's all. But in the appartement, It's not a problem, I will buy a kettle. I will buy one. For the pads, there are many and many ustensiles for cooking. So... ? I will watch more soon to improve.

Fabulous little place to stay!

Stayed with our 8 year old daughter -her first time skiing. This was a great base -near to everything you need to be near. Don't forget to book the car park like I did as it's a long walk!

The apartment sleeps 5 and is very snug but cosy and warm. Will definitely return hopefully in the next few ski seasons

A nice apartment in val thorens,very nice location

A good apartment, and the location is perfect. You can drive to the slopes almost from the hotel, and your actually able to ski right to the front door. The super market and shops are close, and so are the bars and discos, but at the apartment there is no noise at all from the nightlife.

Superbes prestations !

Un appartement à la fois fonctionnel et richement équipé, voilà ce que propose cette location à la décoration inspirée et, bois oblige, très chaleureuse ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à son confort et à son emplacement idéal dans la station - tout près du centre, mais suffisamment en retrait des bars pour proposer un environnement très calme et reposant. La qualité d’écoute de la propriétaire ne gâche rien. A recommander vivement !

Votre location est bien aménagée et avec beaucoup de goût et d'originalité. Se retrouver dans un appartement avec une ambiance chalet de montagne c'est vraiment trés supprennant.Toutes mes félicitations à vous et à la personne qui a réalisé les travaux avec le soucis du détail et de plus sur mesure...Excellentnte idée d'avoir mis du carrelage au sol et la veranda fermée et réellement un plus. N'oubbions pas non plus Mr PASCAL pour sa gentilesse et sa disponibilité. je recommande bien sûr votre location et , j'éspère revenir chez vous bientôt.Trés sicérement Monsieur Didier Caretti

Appartement très agréable et ts bien situé

Nous avons passé une pour la seconde is une excellente semaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé à Val Thorens.

Le balcon transformé en véranda agrandit d'autant la surface habitable.

Le gardien de l'immeuble est très serviable.

Proximité des pistes et des commerces, la boulangerie toute proche dans le centre commercial du Péclet est juste parfaite.

In the resort you are situated at the top right hand: at the foot of the slalom slope. You can reach the building by skiing if you ride on this slope. In the morning you must go across the little square of Péclet and then ski directly down and at 100 m is the kindergarten of the French Ski School ESF: the Roc de Péclet for the very little ones, piou piou, oursons and the more experienced flocons. You are 1 minute away from the closest bakery, 3 minutes from 2 little supermarkets and a covered commercial centre, from pubs and restaurants. But shops are not located down the building, hence a great tranquillity in the building. On the right side of the building there is a children's playground in summer.
