This premium 686 sq ft condo is located in the historic and elegantly restored Bab's building. The charismatic Babs, built in 1905, will take you to the soul of the Missoula community in a heartbeat. Centrally located on Missoula's vibrant Hip Strip, the Babs is surrounded by the city's best restaurants and bakeries. Everything is just a walk away. The condo has been thoughtfully designed for a historic 'Queen Ann feel' and is ideal for out of town visitors looking to explore Missoula and the surrounding area. High ceilings and large bay windows bring lots of natural light to the space. Updated bathroom, appliances and other amenities are complimented by the refinished, shining oak floors reminding visitors of the old times. The master bedroom comes with a private full bathroom and king-sized mattress and solid wood bed frame. The entire bedroom set, with nightstands and a dresser, are brand new. The living room with a gigantic couch is made for relaxation. Search the web using high speed wireless internet or watch a movie on the HD flat screen TV. Read a book or just kick back and enjoy the views. The kitchen is top notch, compact and gourmet with a gas Viking range and oven. The dishwasher is hidden within a cabinet, as well and the refrigerator. A compact washer and dryer are also tucked within the hall closet area. There is plenty of organized storage closets for hanging clothes both in the bedroom and in the hallway of the condo.
Along with this clean, comfortable and secure condo come the additional onsite features for relaxation and entertainment:

About Jenni Rohrbach
Missoula, as for many people, is a special place to us. It is where we met as students in college and where we always knew we wanted to call home. After school, however, life and work took us to Asia, Finland and New York City, before we could both settle back in Missoula together and start our family. Now with our daughter Maija, we are pleased to share all that the Missoula community has to offer with visitors at our Bab’s condo.

Jenni first came to Missoula as an exchange student attending grad school from Finland. She immediately fell in love with the surrounding landscape and community but most of all Kurt. Kurt’s family is from the area and always knew the Montana lifestyle was the only one for him. They both enjoy the outdoor and cultural opportunities Missoula has to offer including skiing up Pattee Canyon, taking their daughter Maija to Missoula’s award winning Children’s Theater or enjoying Missoula’s restaurants, breweries and distilleries. They feel fortunate to call Missoula home and are pleased to share their love of the area with each of their guests.

Located near several of Missoula’s gems including downtown, the Kim Williams trail and the University, visitors can easily walk or bike to restaurants, shopping, bars, and hiking trails. Not to mention the best ice cream (The Big Dipper), pastries (Le Petite) and beer (Kettle House) are just around the corner. In addition, the condo itself is fully stocked with the comforts of home including a full-kitchen, children’s amenities (pack n’ play, high chair, books and toys as well as eating utensils) and king-size temperpedic bed. The Babs also offers a rec room with pool table and a garden area with a Viking grill available for guest use.

The best location, great apartment!
Steps from great coffee (3 really good options) juice bar, restaurants, this is close to downtown but in a neighborhood of its own. The apartment is well done, comfortable bed and Jenni is easy to communicate with making it a great stay!
A great location and accommodation. Well appointed, comfortable, clean, and everything you could need in Missoula. The location is great for exploring Missoula itself but also serving as a great location in which to make day trips. Thank you for a great stay!
Beautiful condo in great location.
We have stayed in another one of their condos in this building and would again. Very spacious and clean. It has a bit of a funky heating system but the owners were very responsive to get it functioning properly.
Nice Place to Stay.. Great Location & Cool Historic Vibe
The place was clean, inviting, and even the pull out couch was very comfortable. Host was really kind and prompt with answering emails. There was a noise banging on the heating system and a whistling in the gas line early in the AM so I would say wear earplugs in the morning but other than that, it was really great!
Perfect home base for exploring Missoula
Stayed here 4 nights for a wedding. The Bab's has a classic, historic vibe in the midst of downtown Missoula with all the modern conveniences. This condo unit is spacious and clean. A Roku TV in the bedroom is a nice touch for being able to watch Netflix or other personal streaming accounts. The condo has at least 10 restaurants/eateries within a block radius and is the ideal home base for exploring downtown Missoula by foot. We did not have any issue finding street parking in front of the building during our stay. We'll definitely stay here again if we are ever in Missoula!

Additional information about rental rates
The weekend rate (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) will not apply to stay of 8 nights of more. A cleaning fee of $35 is required for cleaning of the condo before renter’s arrival and after renter’s departure. A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required in order to book the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a refundable security/damage deposit. If the duration of stay exceeds 3 weeks, the reservation fee, cleaning fee and cancellation policy is different than described above. Kindly consult the owner for details about renting longer term.
