Beautiful beach duplex. Both units have new furnishings, an open concept living area with decks from living room and dining area. A guest bedroom, bathroom and laundry room are also on this level. The master suites are on the third level and includes a full bathroom as well as a deck with breathtaking views. Each unit has two flat screen TVs, one in the master and one in the living room. There is also WiFi internet. This unit can be connected to the adjoining unit, 1245, through a bolted connecting door to each back porch. The door can be unbolted if families or friends are traveling together. This house is less than 100 steps to the sand! We may have boat dockage available around the corner at 160 Mockingbird. Ask property managers for details.
We vacationed here in the 1970's, and always wanted to retire here. We currently own our own vacation rental houses here as well as the duplex rental:#577331. The island is pristine and the beaches and Stump Pass are beautiful. It's difficult to leave the serenity of this island!

This property is beautiful with great views, and it's only 95 steps to the beach! The location of this house is wonderful because it is on a side road that is almost never used, so it is very peaceful.
I love to sit on the deck and watch the waves crash as I drink my tea, and in the evenings watch the sunset as I sip my wine! Nothing could be more peaceful.
This is a great property run by very nice people. The location is great to bars and restaurants in town and the beach is a 45 second walk. We will be back again next year !
This rental is so nice we came back this year and enjoyed it all over again! It's clean and comfortable with nice quality sheets and towels. The beach is so close, you can listen to the surf while you sleep.
This super-clean rental is in a great location. We enjoyed all 3 beaches nearby: right across the street, the state park beach down the road, plus the public Englewood beach. Bars and restaurants are right down the road, too! Publix and WinnDixie grocery stores both 5-10 min. away. House has everything you could need! Owner Bob was very helpful; booking with Judi was easy. Road was low-traffic -- nice for walking our dog. Would definitely recommend!
Myself, a friend and her daughter were the first people to stay in this wonderful home!! We enjoyed our stay and was very relaxed for our vacation! The owners are VERY accommodating! Some of the nicest people I have ever meet! The place was very clean and the view was incredible! Thumbs up from me!!! I am definitley coming back next year!
This area is incredible with its beaches, boating and fishing. In addition, rentals are available on the island for charter fishing, para sailing,paddle boards, jet skis and more.

Winter rates apply to all holidays: Memorial day, July 4th, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. We have dock space available 6 houses away if you would like to bring your boat or rent a boat. Ask the owners about space. There is a deadbolted connecting door to the adjoining unit 1245. It is the exact same set up, and makes it possible for families and friends who are traveling together to sleep up to 12 with 4 bathrooms.
In addition to the rent, there is a 12% tourist tax, $100 cleaning fee, $500 refundable damage deposit and a $100 non-refundable pet fee. 50% must be paid upon reserving the property. The balance is due one month before arrival. Winter rates apply to all holidays.If we are notified of cancellation at least 30 days before arrival, we will refund the 50% deposit minus a $250 administration fee.
