Very Pleasant

This little condo was really very adequate. The kitchen was updated and contained anything that we needed. The living room was great with the exception of the carpet being a bit worn. The bathroom was very adequate for our needs. The bedroom was a nice size and the only issue we had was that the mattress was less than firm. Our goal was to spend as much time outside as we could and so we really just needed to be comfortable in the later evening when we were home for the night. It was great!

Needs attention and love, however, good location!

Towels, bedding, coutlery and cups were dirty and well used. Bed was uncomfortable, shower tub was filthy. Over all the place could use some love and attention, It appeared to not have been used in a while because it took two days to air out and have the smell disappear. Also, local tenants are not very friendly. On the plus side, the building exterior and grounds is well maintained. You are located on Alii Drive, approximately a ten minute drive to the main attraction area with shops and restaurants.

Nice condo

Well laid out, comfy condo in a good location. When I initially checked out the property on-line, it appeared that that the unit was in the building on the ocean side of Ali'i Drive, but it is actually across the street. We were a bit disappointed by that, but the price for a week was very good. Excellent location with easy access to all the great beaches on the west side of the island so long as you have a car. There is also a bus that goes up Ali'i Dr. to Kailua with all it's shops & restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped - even had a spice rack; we travel with our own seasonings when we rent condo's to avoid having to buy jars to use for a week or two. We did not even have to unpack them here.

Great location!

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved that it was close enough to Kona but was nice to be a little further out of the village (Keauhou to be exact) to be a little quieter. The condo has everything you could possibly need, is decorated very lovely, LOTS of bath & beach towels, closet space, parking, etc. etc. We were able to get around the Big Island easily from this location and would recommend this condo to anyone who wanted a great, clean place to stay!

Very affordable condo

We enjoyed the cozy condo. Just right for a small group or even a single person to stay. We were out and about most of the time we were on the Big Island so it was just right to either hang out or to rest our weiry bones after a long day of adventures. If you like to stay in and eat the condo had everything you needed to cook your favorite meal.

City bus comes right by in front of the condo for easy access to downtown and the beaches.

Rent this cute condo!! Just don't check in after hours!

This condo was really cute, very clean, and had everything except food. The pictures are very accurate. Loved that there was an ice machine and cooler to use. Recently redecorated and they did a great job, you feel like you are in someone's home, very nice. They have wi-fi and cable, didn't watch much tv but it's nice to have. There is a bus and trolley stop right in front of the building so if you don't have a car and are planning on staying in Kona, you can get around. We visited the National Volcano Park - that was a highlight, snorkel cruise and ride the rim atv tour. the only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because we checked in late (11pm) with my son who's 8 and it took me 45 minutes to get the lock box open. it was dark and the box was mounted higher than i stand, i couldn't see the numbers it was stressful.
