We Loved Everything about this Condo. IT was Fully Stocked with anything you could possibly want, it has a Full Size Fridge With Ice-Maker which was very helpful to not have to run out and get a Bag of Ice. It has a Built in, Induction Cooktop that Boils Water in like 30 seconds. The Bathroom is Large with a 5ft Shower.

Pros: The condo is in a good location if you're interested in the downtown Kona scene - very short walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The amenities the owner provides are great - towels, scuba gear, sun screen and aloe (this came in very handy :)), kitchen equipment for a short stay. The condo and lanai are decorated well and inviting - the environment is very cozy and they do a good job of making a small space work well. The owner made some obvious updates and renovations and they look great, especially compared to a lot of the other condos in the area. The key lock-box works great for a check in process since it is a condo and there is no front desk.
Cons: We showed up a couple hours early to check in but no keys were in the lock box and the front door was open. We called the local contact that was provided in the paperwork to just ask if everything was okay for us to continue to check in that day (I was worried because it was a Saturday, everything was sold out, and if something went wrong with our reservation we wouldn't have anywhere to go). But she was rude and didn't provide any information other than "check in isn't until 4:00." Cleaners were there until literally 4:00pm. We understand the times for the check in/out policies and that you can arrange for earlier/later times with Gayle ahead of time, we were just a little disappointed with the local customer service.
Overall we would be willing to stay here again, just with better expectations that there will not be any customer service once we arrive (which again we understand, just a little disappointed).
My wife and I were visiting from the mainland. We were visiting family. We needed a place that was centrally located to downtown and surrounding areas. We had a car, but like to walk everywhere. We loved the place and location. This property was clean. Everything we needed was provided. There was a screened in lanai and the views were good. This place is downtown, so late at night there are a few people roaming around, but we seemed to be safe. The outside property was clean and well kept. I have nothing but good things to say about it except...the neighbors from downstairs smoked a lot. The smoke would drift in the morning, noon and night. Thank god we had air conditioning, but we didn't come to Hawaii to sit and eat or drink our coffee inside. That was the only draw back. Oh yeah and the great price was a bonus...
The condo is close to everything we wanted to do in Kona. It's clean, relaxing, and has a well-outfitted kitchen. I would definitely come back.
This condo is fabulous! It is equipped with EVERYTHING! Plus, it was really clean and nicely decorated. Great location too. It is within walking distance of everything you could need. The screened lanai is a bonus. You can enjoy being outside without the bugs!! Only wish I could've stayed longer.
It was GREAT. Gayle has the condo equipped with everything you can think of. It's tastefully decorated, comfortable, very clean and well maintained. The screened-in lanai is an added bonus. The air conditioner keeps the condo comfortable even on the hottest days. The location couldn't be better with an amazing view of the ocean, yet far enough away from the main street noise to be peaceful and relaxing. It's within a block of the main street for all the tourist activities and easy walking distance to the main shopping mall. I had an amazing time.
