We fell in love with this location and the convenience of walking to all the shopping and entertainment venues. If you love cycling, hiking and the outdoors this location is perfect for you. We often ride our bikes over the Lions Gate Bride and all around the Stanley Park Seawall even over to Kits and Point Grey. Locally we are 15 mins either way to Cypress or Grouse Mountain for skiing/hiking. Over the years this home has a been tremendously popular for longer term stays with artists, actors, musicians and sports figures. We recently decided to convert it to a shorter term rental and we are certain that the charm of this unique home will not be lost on you.

Our family spent a week in Sausalito North. We were thrilled with the house, the location and the amenities. The house was very clean, and well stocked with every imaginable high quality amenity. The house has incredible views and location is convenient shopping, town, beaches, parks, transit and many other conveniences. We are hoping to make another trip to Saulsalito North and look forward to seeing Lynn again.
My family and I are originally from West and North Vancouver and we are so happy to have found this place to come "home" to when visiting. The location is great, walking distance to Park Royal, the beach and playgrounds and other shopping on Marine Dr. The house is clean and was well stocked to make our stay easy. Lynn cares very much about the house and you can tell. Felt very relaxed and comfortable staying there and we will definitely be back!

The combination of a perfect house, great city and hiking in the scenic surroundings made our stay very special.
Vancouver used to be my home town, so returning to this fantastic city and finding this great home from home with definitely the best views and location was a gift! My family and I travelled from Colorado, New York, and the UK to attend a wedding. Lynn's attention to detail and her generosity in providing all kinds of creature comforts made it so easy for the travel weary to relax. No last minute runs to a store for things, she had thought it all through, it was all very much appreciated. I enjoy cooking and found the kitchen to be well stocked and great utensils, also the BBQ was in great shape. We spent so much time on the deck, the views are so spectacular. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has easy access to shops, and the sea wall for walks and great breakfast places. Lions Gate Bridge and Stanley Park are just a stone's throw away. We all enjoyed ourselves and felt that at the end of a busy day it was a relief to know we had this home to come back to, we will definitely recommend this to our friends and hope to return soon.
Our family travelled to Vancouver for the initial stages of the Women's World Cup. When we got to the city, it was apparent that the World Cup was just one of the many fabulous offerings to explore. And probably the thing that we enjoyed most was staying at Sausalito North. With four adults and two young children, the home had all the amenities. Lynn and her family (Keith and Luke) greeted us, made sure we were comfortable and explained all the details as well as providing valuable insight into the city. They house sits in the ideal Ambleside location. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, art, public transportation, etc. The deck does provide the most breathtaking view of the Harbour and City - you can see the lights of the harbor, the lights of Lions Gate Bridge and the city skyline. Fabulous trip and it all started with Sausalito North. Yes, we plan to return to Vancouver and will rent this lovely home again. Thanks - Lynn, Keith and Luke
Beach enthusiasts, Walkers, Hikers, Cyclists, Golfers, Sailors and Skiers, will all enjoy some of the finest outdoor opportunities in the city from this location. Hiking trails are a plenty, as are public bike paths, mountain bike trails, skateboard venues etc. The Suspension Bridge, Salmon Hatchery, Grouse mountain, Cypress Bowl, all are within a short drive. Also enjoy the world class facilities of the West Vancouver Rec Center, less than a mile away. Features, swimming pool, ice skating, racquet sports, yoga studio, music studio, seniors center, cafe and more. For Whistler and Blackcomb enthusiasts, 75 minutes by car has you at the lifts.
