About Craig Dickison
A very blessed family with three kids. We love spending time at our cabin in Central Oregon.
Craig Dickison purchased this Cabin in 2012
Why Craig Dickison chose La Pine
It was close enough to Mt. Bacheleor, Bend and Sunriver to get to everything, yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet nights.
What makes this Cabin unique

This cottage was comfortable. We didn’t spend much time there so it fit our needs. The water was not good, smelled bad. Also, could use a coat of paint inside. Would be nice to have someplace to sit outside in the nice weather.
The home was nice and cozy, plenty of space for the family, pet friendly! Lots of yard to run around in! Thank you for letting us on short notice!
Great little cabin
Perfect little get away cabin. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen was big enough for 3 or 4 of us to be in there at a time. Living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to each other so we could all be together. Had a great long weekend stay. Celebrated a granddaughters first birthday, enjoyed the snow and a large herd of Elk came by for a visit.
Cabin was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Central location for adventuring!! Thank you!!
Cute inside; needs work outside
Positive: The cabin inside has a nice layout; the bedroom space is adequate and the beds were comfortable; the bathrooms were fine; the kitchen is spacious and stocked with dishes and appliances; the water did have a noticeable smell and taste, but wasn’t offensive to us; location for us was great, very peaceful outside and we enjoyed watching the wildlife; the neighbors stayed to themselves.
Negative: The outside was not welcoming; the outside storage unit had birds nesting inside so it was dirty and the bbq we had hoped to use we couldn’t; getting inside the cabin was difficult because the combination had been changed—the owner however was prompt in returning our call; the inside of the cabin was only surface cleaned—the windows were dirty, the wells had dead bugs, and there was some mold mixed in with mineral stain in the shower; the bedrooms had dressers but the closets had no space for the guests to use (for millennials it’s perfect, but for me I like a place to hang my clothes).
With all that being said, we did enjoy our 3-night stay and would probably stay there again.
