Welcome to "THE GREAT ONE", as SeaChase is fondly known by the locals. SeaChase is the original luxury condominium complex built along the Alabama coast. Having recently completed an entire renovation, SeaChase continues to be the standard of excellence for the coastal region.

And, unlike the typical beach condo setting, the grounds at SeaChase give the feeling of a far-away tropical island getaway. From the lush, tropical landscaping to the 5 new pools and tiled walk paths, you won't find another like it!

Unit 803e is located in the most recently completed and highly sought after East Tower complex. It contains a very spacious 1,420 sq. ft., which is 80 sq. ft. larger than the 2BR units in the other two towers. This extra space definitely makes a difference when your family needs more room to spread out, relax and really enjoy their stay! For your added convenience our unit offers free WiFi internet service and free local phone service.

Upon entering 803e you'll immediately realize that this truly is a luxury condo. Our newly refurbished unit with 9 ft. ceilings and ceiling fans throughout is professionally decorated with rich, earthy tones that are in perfect unison with the beach setting. And, the beautiful Mediterranean floor tile adds the perfect finishing touch.

The living room, dining room and master bedroom all have mirrored walls that reflect the natural beauty of the Gulf and bring it right inside the unit. The wrap-around style full length glass in the living room offers an amazing view of the beach right from the comfort of your seat. In addition, the living room sofa is a queen fold-out sleeper.

To experience the full appreciation of the Gulf's beauty simply open the sliding glass door and step out onto our 8th floor balcony. Just be prepared to be awe-struck by the spectacular view! There is absolutely nothing to the left or right to obstruct your panoramic view from sunrise to sunset. Folks, it just doesn't get any better!

Back inside you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking supplies you could ever need, including a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig K-cup. The accent lighting and quartz counter tops add the finishing touches to the beautiful kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.

The large master bedroom has a king sized bed and plenty of space for the seating and desk area. You'll also find ample drawer space in the accessory furniture pieces. The large windows and glass door offer beautiful Gulf views and direct access to the balcony from the master bedroom.

The master bath has lots of counter space with double vanity and a sizable walk-in closet. The large whirlpool garden tub and separate glass shower are sure to pamper you as you unwind from a fun-filled day.

The guest bedroom also features a king sized bed and is conveniently located next to the main bathroom. Both bedrooms have light-blocking privacy drapes, lots of drawer space and carpeted/tiled floors.

For that little extra touch we keep a small book library, games, puzzles, DVDs, Pack-N-Play (just bring your sheets), hair dryers, iron and ironing board.

My name is Andrea Rives, and I would like to encourage you to take a look around at the wonderful Gulf Coast properties we have to offer. My family has always been a beach family. Growing up in Mississippi, the Gulf Coast was like a second home to us, as we visited almost every year. Things have now come full circle, as my husband and I are able to provide the same experience for our two young children. Our family has made wonderful memories over the years at the Alabama coast, which is why we are so passionate about this area. My parents, Mark and Elizabeth Atchley, own 3 properties (VRBO 488251, 575640, 1215565) along the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach coastline, and I have the privilege of being a part of their business as their property manager. My mom takes care of the decorative and designing needs, my dad takes care of maintenance and accounting, and I handle all of the booking and hospitality needs. What a great place for a vacation!

The 8th floor condo is perfectly situated, near the elevator, with a view of the swimming pools, the beach, and the ocean. There's plenty of room in the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Lots of things to see and do in Orange Beach, some within walking distance of condo. Everything about the vacation met or exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend Sea Chase 803E to anyone planning to vacation in Orange Beach.

Loved it!

My husband and I brought our 16 month old. The condo was perfect for our stay. The view of the beach was amazing, and got to see dolphins jumping in front of us one morning. We loved how close the beach access was to make it convenient to go back and forth as needed. It was the perfect time of year to escape from Chicago to have beautiful weather, go to the beach, and not deal with any crowds, but we weren't able to take advantage of the outdoor pools. However if we could, the splash pad, kiddie pool, and zero-depth pool would be perfect for small kids.

The condo was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed to cook and prepare breakfast and lunch.

This was our 4th year at the condo and was phenomenal as usual. The owners are so easy to work with . The view is fantastic. The condo is comfortable, beautiful, and well cared for. The beach is as good as it gets. Location is perfect with everything required close by. Have renewed for 5th year.

Lovely condo!

We had a wonderful few days at the beach - not nearly long enough. The condo is comfortable with nice furnishings and amenities. The grounds of Seachase are so well maintained. Seachase is convenient to everything - grocery store, restaurants, shopping. We will definitely stay here again!
