2 bedroomed flat on 2nd floor with lift.To unload your luggage you can run with your car at the foot of the lift.2 private parking spaces in a closed parking lot you can open by remote control.Port view in every room.Mostly in spring and summer, the orientation of the balcony to the west keeps several hours the night coolness and allows on afternoons to sunbathe. You will have also frequently dinner on the balcony with marvellous sunsets.Five minutes on foot from the flat are all kinds of shops : bakery, pharmacy, superette, newspapers and books, etc. but also doctors, dentists, hairdressers and not less important a good choice of restaurants. 2 of them are particularly nice :"Le Bistrot d'Ariane" with an excellent cook and very good wines and "La Bonne Bouille" which used to serve very good fish."Bikes stand VELOLIB" in Lattes center (about 500m) allows to go for a ride peacefully and and feeling safe through countryside on cycle lanes.You could then observe all kinds of birds...

  • Hallway with large cupboard, Tibetan sideboard, leading to the living room (furnished in Tibetan style) through a double door. From there, through a sliding door, go to the balcony. From hallway too, go to the separated kitchen leading through a glass door to the balcony. (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, complete set of tableware for 8 people and a great number of multipurpose kitchen utensils) Always from hallway, a corridor leads off to the separated toilet, to the bathroom and to the 2 bedrooms. Every bedroom has a large wardrobe and 2 recent good beds (90 x 200cm). The "mauve bedroom" gives out onto the balcony through a sliding door and the "yellow bedroom" overlooks the Port. Bottom sheets, quilt sheets, pillowcases and bolstercases are not provided, but you can bring them (common measures for these beds) or we can rent them to you at a cost of 20 euros for a bed and for a week or even a fortnight.But, in any case please, do not forget all your towels.

Nous sommes restés Six mois dans cette appartement.

Les points forts : emplacement, terrasse, vue sur le port et magnifiques couchers de soleil, qualité de la literie, 2 places de parking, boulangerie et restaurants en bas de la résidence, écoute des propriétaires.

Le top aurait été : la climatisation et des fauteuils de salon plus confortable.

Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Owner's Response: Nous ne savons pas si notre appartement pourra être "Top" en permanence, mais pour ce qui est de l'installation de l'air conditionnée, la demande d'autorisation relative à cet équipement a été faite à la dernière A.G. du Syndic des copropriétaires . Cela nous laisse espérer son installation avant la fin de l'année 2017. En ce qui concerne un peu plus de confort dans le coin salon, nous y réfléchissons, mais il ne s'agirait pas non plus de gâcher l'ambiance tibétaine qui fait le charme de cette pièce...notamment le banc tibétain qui convenait bien entendu plus à la vie rude des habitants de ce pays qu'à nos positions un peu relâchées d'Occidentaux !

Schöne Wohnung in toller Hafenlage

Lattes, der Ort, in dem die Wohnung liegt, ist ein ruhiges, kurz hinter der Stadtgrenze von Montpellier gelegenes Städtchen. Für uns war es der ideale Ort, um uns zu erholen.

Die großzügig geschnittene Wohnung liegt dem Yachthafen von Lattes, Port Ariane, zugewandt, den man aus allen Fenstern sieht. Kleinere Geschäfte und Bars finden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Zentrum von Lattes ist ohne weiteres in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort erreicht man mittels der TaM (Straßenbahn) innerhalb von 20 Minuten das Stadtzentrum von Montpellier, tagsüber halbstündlich, abends stündlich.

Weitere, größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Umkreis von 10 Kilometern vorhanden.

Die Vermieter der Wohnung waren während unserer gesamten Mietzeit bemüht, uns den größtmöglichen Komfort zu ermöglichen.

Für uns definitiv ein Urlaubsziel, zu dem man häufiger reisen kann.

Complex Port Ariane is a wonderful and recent realisation in Venetian style. Golden section prevails and gives on the whole great harmony but anyway no monotony.It's a pleasant place to live in and one of the best departure places for all kinds of nice trips towards Montpellier, sea and sand, mountains, all sorts of very popular spots and last but not the least very good local wines (Mas de Saporta only 2km from Lattes) and Languedoc gastronomy. There are in spring and summer for music lovers many festivals in Montpellier and round here. In other seasons you could go in Montpellier to opera and concert "à la Comedie" or in "Corum". Moreover from Lattes, Montpellier (Méditerranée) Airport is at 5km. So is Montpellier centre and Montpellier railway station (TGV) ist at 4km. Distance from vast, nice, sand beaches :7 to 9km. Motorway A9 is at 2km and you can run very fast nortwards, eastwards and westwards on a day trip towards tourist spots:Nîmes, Arles, La Camargue, Millau, Le Larzac..
