Come be pampered at this gorgeous four-bedroom vacation home in beautiful Hayden, Idaho! Right off the northern shores of Hayden Lake, surrounded by pristine forest and bright blue skies, your getaway includes a private dock right on the water, a spacious deck, and a luxurious interior worthy of a glossy interior design magazine.
With three levels of living space, there's plenty of room for friends and family alike, with space for socializing, as well as finding a private space to read or nap. In the main living space, you can sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy stunning lake views out the two story windows. The coffee table is a perfect to spread out snacks or even a board game. And if you want more modern entertainment, a separate sitting room has a large flat screen TV, cable, and a DVD player. You can set the kids up in this room for a movie, while the adults socialize in the more formal living room, in front of a warm, toasty fire. Throughout the home there are telescopes so an up close view of the water is always within reach.
On the other side of the living room, a formal dining room takes advantage of the two-sided fireplace. Eat dinner surrounded by cozy ambiance, as the sun sets out the large floor to ceiling windows. From the slate tile floors to the stainless steel appliances, the full kitchen is a chef's dream. You'll have ample counter space (including a large island with a sink) to concoct complicated culinary projects or prepare the simplest of snacks. To that end, there's a mixer, blender, slow cooker, microwave, a coffee grinder, and a collection of cookbooks and food magazines. And when you're done with a meal, the dishwasher will help make clean-up easy and quick.
When you want some fresh lake air, deck access is right off the living room. Pull up an outdoor chair and spend the afternoon with an amazing view. Ideal for outdoor entertaining or just relaxing, you'll also have a gas grill for summer barbecues. Just pick up some steaks from the grocery store in town and come back for a lakeside feast.
In this home, there are lots of spaces to curl up with a good book, catch up on some TV, or just relax. You'll find shelves filled with books and movies, and practical amenities like a laundry room with a washer and dryer, an iPod dock, stereo with CD player, and WiFi throughout the house. You may be getting away from it all, but you'll have all the comforts of home at this Hayden Lake retreat.
The lucky occupant of the master suite will have a stunning, private retreat all to themselves, complete with gorgeous lake views, cool blue and greens, and a cloud-like king sized bed. There's a wall-mounted flat screen TV for some late night channel surfing, and a separate sitting area outfitted with a Persian rug, leather furniture, and shelves filled with books. The master bathroom has a luxurious jetted tub, separate walk-in shower, and dual-sink vanity.
Other guests will find the remaining three bedrooms just as charming. Two bedrooms have queen beds, while the last has twin-over-full bunk beds. Kids and adults alike will find the perfect spot for sweet dreams here. This home will comfortably sleep up to nine guests.
From the house, beautiful Hayden Lake is just steps away. Out on the dock there's a boat slip for guest use (but you'll need to bring your own lines and bumpers). The town of Hayden has two public boat launches, and it will take you 10-20 minutes to get to the house from either of these spots.
The lake also offers opportunities for fishing, wakeboarding, kayaking, and swimming. Other popular area activities include hiking, biking, and golfing. The closest green is Avondale Golf Course, about five miles away. In winter, Silver Mountain Resort in Kellogg is just under 50 miles east. And if you want dinner out, you'll have a number of restaurants within a few miles' drive to choose from.
This wonderful lakefront rental retreat promises comfort, style, and stunning water views. Come relax and unwind against the backdrop of beautiful Hayden Lake, Idaho!
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
So short of small children and LOTS of stairs(three floors), this is a beautiful home and great views of the lake. Deer ALL OVER, and did catch a few crappie off the dock. The King Bed is in a loft and you can hear from the kitchen, but a great master sweet. Great decks on two floors and a grille. The TWO bed rooms on the bottom floor also have great views of the lake, and lots of windows. The other "bedroom" has no closet or windows, and has a bunk bed. The road coming in is a little narrow (cant fit two vehicles), but isn't very long to the house.
Cell service is IFFY (Verizon did OK), but WiFi is good.
The house was great and deck views were amazing! We had 4 kids under 4 so the stairs got to be a little bit of an issue but the three different levels were great bc I could hang out with the babies downstairs when they woke up early without waking up the rest of the house. It wasn't to far from town even though the only time we left was via the boat we rented!
The property looks just like the pictures. Very spacious & comfortable for our 2 families, 4 adults & 5 kids ages 6-11.
Fishing off the pier was the most fun; bought worms & license at Walmart a few miles away. Caught Blue Gill & trout. Kids screamed with delight when a river otter swam past us.
Cooked most of the time in the kitchen, cleaned up w/ dishwasher, made use of washer & dryer. Also played dvd on large tv, tho couldn't get blue ray to work. Did s'mores in fire pit on deck. Easy drive to nearby Silverwood Theme Park.
A super fun in a very comfortable home. Also, the view was amazing. Would recommend this place to anyone.
Great place to stay. No problems with water pressure or using water to cook, brush teeth (though we did buy drinking water. ) Very comfortable for 2 families - 4 adults + 5 kids ages 6-11. Best parts were fishing off pier & roasting marshmallows/smores using fire pit on the deck.
