What makes this House unique
The 12 Awesome restaurants, serve an array of food choices. This is one of the aspects we really liked. Often many All-Inclusive resorts have one or two to choose from. You’ll find a gourmet restaurant serving great steaks, Mexican, Italian, traditional Caribbean to mention just a few of the 12 great restaurants. Two full buffet restaurants are also part of the choices you will have. Sunday night is an awesome Welcome Party that features live music, and a 1st class buffet, probably larger than you have ever experienced. A first class fireworks show caps off the show. Thursday night has a live entertainment party typical of a Vegas show. You will have access to the V.I.P Pool and Bar. Ocean world is located right on the edge of the property, and features Dolphin encounter (additional cost). Included is free 9-hole round of golf for your enjoyment. One of the most unique amenities we fell in love with is Breakfast prepared daily in your Villa. Really gets the day off to a great start. You pick the time its prepared. Your Villa will have its own private pool, cleaned daily, fridge stocked with Water, Beer, Soda, juices all for the requesting when your Concierge stops by daily to see if there is anything you need.

What an amazing experience for my family. From check in to check out we had the best vacation ever! Pictures didn't quite match what we got, but overall very satisfied. This resort is like a city in itself. So much to do for everyone of all ages. Our private breakfast in morning with Chef Clara was so personable and relaxing.

Exceeded all expectations
This was the best experience you can as for. Everything worked smoothly. From the transportation to the check & out. I'll definitely use you all for my next travel needs.
Place is beautiful, staff was wonderful and we felt very welcome with so many activities and fun for the kids.
We had a great time .....but the picture that are shown on this site of the interior the of the villa were misleading (the site should state that villa may not be exactly as shown) , we were in villa 57 which was dated and run down so that was a disappointment, nor is the villa on the beach as the photo suggest and the resort fee was$95. US per day . but the plus side the cook/house cleaner Marta was fantastic, having a pool was great and the concierge were very helpful , the beaches are clean, the restaurant are very good ( my favourite was the Italian- Bellini) the golf cart was well used otherwise lots of walking , the WIFI in common area was excellent , I would probably go back .
Great villa BUT................
Villa was beautiful, pool was great, but the unit needed many maintenance issues. Toilet in master took 7 service calls to get to work and then they said not to put toilet paper in it. Didn't have enough coffee cups, coffee spoons, bowls etc. Kitchen was not FULLY STOCKED. HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES TO GET LIGHT BULBS REPLACE. Small things that added up to unnecessary aggravation. Always ran out of water and had to call for more. Had a water cooler with a 5 gallon container that took 4 days to get filled. Restaurants where good but nothing fantastic. Most of the staff where great but a few had major attitude problems. It was fun having breakfast cooked for us every morning. Had dinner at the Blue Lagoon, one of the "nicer" restaurants, my wife ordered a red wine and after tasting it didn't like it. I tried the same glass and didn't like it so the server gave the SAME glass to my son to drink "REALLY". Beaches were awesome with cabanas of all types and the beach service was special. Didn't like the high pressure sale to get you to buy into the resort. I was on vacation not a business trip.
Massage on the beach with the ocean 100 feet away was a dream. Manuel was great in helping us solve our issues. If you go here make sure you make friends with Manuel the first day and keep his phone number with you
