Brand new 2 bedroom coach house near trendy Main Street. Stunning heated floors throughout, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, flat screen TV in living room, the top floor has 2 bedrooms 1 full bath, and in suite laundry. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with closets and drawers for storage. The upstairs bathroom has bathtub and rain shower. The lower floor has a fully equipped kitchen with living room and powder room. The living room couch turns into a comfortable queen bed if needed. Folding table seats up to 6 people. Own private entrance with designated parking right next to coach house.

About Sue

We have lived in the Main Street area for 14 years and chose this area because it is in a trendy neighbourhood close to schools, the famous Queen Elizabeth Park, the brand new Hillcrest community centre, many restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores within walking distance, yet only a 10 minute drive to the downtown core. In addition we are 1 block to the Main Street & 41st Ave buses which both connect you within minutes to either the Canada or Expo skytrain line

We have a young family and enjoy all the amenities that our community and Vancouver has to offer.

Very compact house a quiet neighbourhood

We were very pleased with the house. It had great bedrooms and two restrooms which was excellent for our 6 person family. Kitchen was well equipped and the parking space was a must for us because we arrived with a rental car. Vancouver center and sightseeing spots were very easy to reach from this location. Sue was an excellent hostess and the house was in impeccable shape.

Thank you for the possibility of staying with you and I can warmly recommend this cute little house to all kind of travellers!

Bonus was quiet neighbourhood. There was no noise from planes cars trains etc.

Definitely a spot worth to visit!

Great location, cozy space

We really enjoyed our stay here. So awesome to have the secured parking space included. Good size washroom and overall nice facilities and appliances. The welcome cinnamon buns was appreciated. Queen bed in master was a bit underwhelming, not uncomfortable but more of an ikea-type bed, I would have preferred/expected a better quality "regular" mattress and boxspring. The location was very handy to places we had to go.

Owner's Response: Tim so happy to hear that you and your wife enjoyed your stay in our home and of course the cinnamon buns. :) I just wanted to let you know that our mattresses and the bed frame are from the Sleep Shop, which specialize only in mattresses and frames. I am surprised that you didn't find them comfortable as guests in the past have mentioned that they have been very comfortable. I know that having comfortable and good quality mattresses would be important for guests so didn't buy cheap mattresses for this reason. I do understand that this can be a personal preference and we all do have different preferences. Hopefully you still did have a good night sleep. We would love to host your stay next time you come to Vancouver.

Very cute and comfy

This was a great little oasis for a very busy weekend in Vancouver. Lovely neighborhood (wish we had had more time to walk and explore). Close to main thoroughfares so getting around by car was easy. The carriage house itself was lovely. Spotless, very nicely decorated and kitted out, and its own off street parking spot. Although we didn't cook while we were there, everything we might have needed was on hand. The beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable - a real plus after days of driving! And Suzanne was wonderful. Very accommodating to our schedule, brought us the most delicious cinnamon buns when we arrived, and was very approachable with questions about the area, etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great time in Vancouver.

We sure enjoyed our stay in this coach house. Sue was very accommodating and the cinnamon buns were excellent (so good we went back for more). We did have a vehicle although transit was very close and easy to access as well.

Great neighborhood. Easily accessible to downtown & great restaurants & park nearby.

Clean & comfortable. Suzanne was very helpful and left us cinnamon buns from Solleys. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Living room a little smaller than expected.
