About this property

We offer you a bright detached apartment with quality services in a charming and luxurious villa, in an exceptional residential environment. This villa overlooks the stunning panorama of the French Riviera. On the left you can see the village of Cabris, to the front the sea with Cannes and the Lérins islands, on the right the Estérel and the lake of Saint-Cassien. The apartment overlooks the landscaped garden planted with trees and the originally shaped swimming pool that is well-fitted in the setting. During the renovation we have carefully used light and modern colours. We just equipped the property with a remotely controlled gate. For gourmets: you will probably enjoy some restaurants in Cabris! We will be happy to welcome you!

Simply amazing

Our stay was wonderful; the villa is simply amazing: a beautiful garden, a swimming pool where you can swim while watching the beautiful landscape of Côte d'Azur. Since our arrival we were amazed by the beauty of the location. The one-room apartment is a little bit small but really comfortable, clean, well mantained and well equipped (perfect for a family of 3) The owners are really kind and discrete. We would like to thank Claudie and Vincent: we had a really fantastic holiday.

Trop bien,c'est le commentaire de mon fils(12 ans)

C'est vrai, trop bien: la location, jardin et piscine. l’accueil, sympathique, prévenant, tout en restant discret. la région, plein de ballades et de sites à visiter, Cabris. la proximité de la mer et des animations de la cote d'azur. Tout est réuni et contribue à des vacances formidables.

bonnes vacances

Trés jolie location avec une trés belle vue sur la montagne et la mer. Tout le confort neccessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Calme et discrétion assurés. Accueil sympathique et agréable par les propriétaires du lieu. Bonne adresse à conserver !

Pool mit gigantischer Aussicht

Eine schöne Wohnung mit einem grandiosen Blick auf die Côte d’Azur. Den Pool hatten wir wirklich zur Alleinnutzung. Und der fußläufig erreichbare Ort Cabris hat sehr gute Restaurants. Vielen Dank an unsere tolle Gastgeberin Claudie!
