Come discover a world of beauty and hospitality at Sedona Suite, a peaceful “bed and make-your-own breakfast,” just outside the Sedona city limits.
We have two 1-room studio suites with a top-of-the-line king-sized bed in each. They both have private entrances and balconies overlooking Cathedral or Pyramid Rock. The suites share one wall with our home, but are completely self-contained and private.
At the base of Sedona’s majestic Pyramid and Cathedral Rocks, and 10 minutes' drive from the heart of Sedona, this serene location is just a 5-minute stroll from Oak Creek and one of the most photographed spots in Arizona—Red Rock Crossing. Plus, there are over 50 miles of excellent hiking trails in thousands of acres of National Forest right outside the door. This location offers the best of both worlds: a quiet natural setting and just a 10-minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. in West Sedona.
This accommodation is both luxurious and environmentally friendly, featuring many ecologically sustainable building materials and techniques such as cast earth and straw bale walls and solar heating in the main house and a beautiful living wetland for waste water disposal.
Both suites have similar amenities, the Pyramid suite is just a little larger with two big recliners. Each suite has a king-sized bed. We can add a queen-sized Aerobed if desired to either suite for a third person for a minimal extra charge.

We have stayed in several different hotel's and resorts in Sedona and can honestly say we enjoyed Ken's place the most. The room is clean, private and the perfect size for couples. Several great hiking trails are within walking distance. I enjoyed waking up in the morning, stepping out the door and being able to run on the nearby trails. Ken provides great tips on things to do while in Sedona. We used the hiking books in the room to find some incredible hiking trails that we had never been on before. It is great because prior guests leave helpful notes in the books about the good trails. Ken also provides you with a Red Rock pass that allows you to park at the trails without having to pay. Saves you about $10 per day! My wife and I will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Sedona. Trust me... you will feel comfortable the minute you arrive and you'll be ready to explore one of the most beautiful areas of the Country.
Stayed here with my wife for one week. From the moment we arrived we knew it was a winner. A friendly welcome followed by an introduction to the appartment... cold sodas in the fridge, snack bars, oatmeal, tea and filter coffee in the cupboard. Fast wifi, great shower, itinarary of personal recommendations for places to eat and things to do. There was even a stocked first aid kit, walking sticks and trail guides to take hiking. The location is perfect, walking distance to Cathedral Rock! Between my wife and i we have stayed in hotels all over the world many top end but not tried vrbo much before. This experience was so much better than staying in a top hotel, we had more freedom and felt more at home and there was no lack of comfort or convenience.
My husband and I wanted a quiet Sedona getaway and found it here at Ken's place. The location was just perfect with hiking and biking trails a short walk from our room which was clean and the bed very comfortable. Ken was so accommodating with our much later than expected arrival and even stayed up with us to provide dining, shopping and suggested routes my runner husband could check out during our visit. I cannot wait to return here with my daughters so they can experience the beauty of hiking Red Rock Crossing along Oak Creek.
The room was very clean and the area quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Loved that you could sleep with the patio door open and no bugs. The owner was very nice and helpful with information as where to eat, what to do and where the best hiking trails were. It was the perfect place for us. Thanks Ken and Heather for sharing your home.
Great location and impeccably clean accommodations. Heather and Ken made us feel right at home. Close to all Sedona has to offer. We absolutely loved our stay. The views from the porch were amazing and bed was really really comfy as well. Couldn't be happier !
I'm a fussy broad. I've been renting vacation rentals for over 20 years, and a few years ago I wrote that a property in Oregon was the best place I ever stayed.
Now this is the best place I've ever rented, hands down. It's a tick above the previous best because every stick of furniture is so darned comfortable, I just wanted to lay around, or sit and read. This means something big coming from someone recovering from a back and neck injury. If it weren't so pretty there, I would have been a complete couch potato for days.
Ken is the best host I've ever met. Usually I prefer to be left alone and read instructions, but Ken's tour of things was welcome and enjoyable.
Only one problem for you as I see it, if I want to be there when you want to be there, you have to promise I win.
Sedona was voted the most beautiful place in America by USA Today's Weekend Edition, It is hard to find a place better suited for outdoor activities than Sedona, There are miles & miles of hiking & biking trails amid the red rocks of Sedona & huge expanses of National Forest where you can get away from people & enjoy nature, However, don't underestimate the indoor activity as Sedona is one of the top places in the world for viewing & buying art and jewelry
