Beautiful loft condo on the back side of Playa del Sol. Rear balcony faces the creek and gets morning sun. Front balcony faces the inner courtyard and gets afternoon sun. Walk across the terrace and be poolside in minutes. Beach is 3 min walk away.
Loft condo is located on the back side of Playa del Sol - no noise from pool area or traffic. The most noise will be the ducks in the creek below. The rear balcony is pretty secluded, includes a sitting area and BBQ. Neighbours to one side only, and below. Stairwell at the end leads to the terrace which leads to the main building and pool area.
Front balcony gets all the afternoon sun and is open to the terrace that includes a communal BBQ. Perfect area for kids to play below on the terrace while the parents enjoy beverages out front.
Interior is an open-stye with the master bedroom being in the loft space, complete with its own full bathroom. Master bedroom has its own television and includes a king-size bed. Second guest bedroom is off living room with access to another full bathroom and has a queen-size bed.
Living room includes a large 50' television, L-shaped leather couch, and large glass dining room table with chairs for six.
Laundry facilities located in a pantry area, with the required detergents. Spare linens and pool/beach towels.

Playa del Sol is a high demand resort. This condo is on the back side of the building, which is far quieter than all the other units. The others either face the pool or the street.
There were no surprises when we arrived at the condo. The pictures were exact and everything was as described in the write up. The property was very clean and well maintained and the owners kept in touch prior to the arrival and were available if needed throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this location as it is close to restaurants and many beaches. I particularly liked the location as it was only minutes away from Orangetheory Fitness, coffee shops, and a Mexican restaurant called Hectors. The only thing I would advise would be to bring a cart or wagon to haul all of your stuff in and out of the condo as it is a bit of a trek from the parkade to the elevators and then to the unit. Other than that it was a fabulous stay.
Close to the beach and shopping. Nice layout with lots of light, comfortable beds and lots of room. This rental is good for families as the pool area is very nice. Unfortunatley the pool is not heated and is quite cool. All in all a very good experience.
We spent the May long weekend at this Playa del Sol condo and really enjoyed it. Playa del Sol is located in a great part of the city, and the condo has an ideal location and layout within the resort itself. Its spacious, quiet, and really comfortable. Great for families. It had all the amenities we needed, and the hosts are very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, modern and upscale. Lots of room to flex your legs. Great facility overall with pool and hot tub. Equally Great restaurants on site. Super close to Rotary Beach and short drive to Summerhill Winery. Highly recommend.
Multiple wineries within a 10 minute drive: Tantalus, Cedar Creek, Summerhill being the main ones.
Multiple golf courses in the area, as well.
Two major beaches (Rotary and Gyro) are within a 10 minute walk. Semi-private beach access points are also available within a 10 minute walk.
3 major restaurants and lounges: Cabana's, Smack Dab, Eldorado Hotel. Within a block of the resort.

Security is on site and is very strict about noise disturbances or glass on the terrace. They have the right to evict guests if the noise is excessive.
Any damage to the suite will be charged accordingly, including unnecessary cleaning or missing items.
