We have been successfully letting our properties since 2003 & have many regular visitors. Edificio Ronda 1 & 2 will be known to many of you. The whole complex is very well established. The gardens are maintained to a high standard. The pool is always in tip top condition. Ideal Location - situated on the beachfront, simply walk through the garden gate onto the promenade & everything you need is just a short walk away - we even have a mini market in the basement! The apartment is well maintained and AIR CONDITIONED. We offer WiFi internet and Cable TV providing TV in many languages (charge applies). Spanish TV is included in the rate. The property is very popular with all age groups.
Being on the sixth floor, there are breathtaking views of the surrounding area from all windows. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed (2m long) & has direct access onto the balcony facing the Mediterranean Sea. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds & is large enough to accept a third single if required, it also has a first class sea view. Further sleeping accommodation is provided by a quality sofa bed that quickly converts into two singles. The main bathroom has a bath & shower, the second has a walk in shower, both have modern decor & heated towel rails. The kitchen is fully fitted & equipped with all the usual electrical appliances. The lounge-diner is furnished with modern furniture. 2 lifts serve the apartment.
Car parking for those who require it - although with everything this close A CAR IS NOT REQUIRED. Two lifts serve the apartment.

GOLFERS - NO DESIGNATED DRIVERS REQUIRED.: The apartment has a secure private car park at the rear of the building. Leave the car after a day at the golf course and walk to the nearby restaurants and bars. Very easy access to A7 (N340) which takes you to all the golf courses.
Also available recommendations/help with bookings for Hire cars, excursions and Tee Times.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS.: Your options are - Train-costing less than 3 Euros per person, Taxi - cost approx. 35 Euros, mini-bus or Hire Car -contacts available. Transfer time from the airport is approximately 25 minutes. Contact Jackie for more information on transfer options and costs.

i have seen many apartments in my 23 years of living on the Costa del Sol but I have yet to find another with such fabulous panoramic views while being so close to the beach AND high street - an ideal location.
We are frequent visitors to Los Boliches but first time to this apartment - hopefully not the last. The view is fantastic - even from the kitchen sink! We had a wonderful holiday and would certainly recommend this apartment to friends and relatives. Hope to be back before too long.

Nice apartment on the beachfront. Car parking was useful and the apartment has lovely views from the balcony.
The appartment is fantastic. Spatious, view on the beach in each room, balconies, great refreshing pool. Clean. A lot of commodities: in the kitchen, have a safe in the apartment, even have beach chairs! Arriving and departure were easy with Jackie. Well situated with shop, supermarket and good choice of restaurants at walking distance. We had a wonderful time there !
This is our second visit to this fantastic property & we are delighted once again.
The apartment on arrival was lovely and clean, which is something I personally feel is an important part to my holiday.
We love the size of this apartment and although only two bedrooms it easily accommodates a family of five.
It is well equipped and very comfortable including the beds.
The views from all windows are fantastic and I'm not sure what time of day we enjoy most as it's great fun to sit & watch the world go by at all times of day & night.
The pool & garden area is spotless & it is very peaceful.
With a slightly younger family it's very convenient to have super restaurants and supermarkets near by.
The beach is lovely and literally just across the road but be warned we were asked to move to the back of the sun beds after sitting down as they were all reserved for the Spanish holiday makers!!! We then could not watch our children safely so headed back to the apartment pool.
We used a taxi company recommended by Jackie called 'Home James' for the transfers who have proved to be very helpful on both visits.
We will without doubt be booking again!!!
Had a terrific holiday here if I was returning to Fuengirola it would definitely be to this apartment.
The flat was everything we hoped for and more, the amenities were first class and the location was spot on not too near the noisier part of town but within easy walking distance to visit any of the livelier bars.
Superb views from the balcony, which gets the sun all day. Gardens and pool were also well maintained
We were met at the apartment by Paul and he explained all the usual stuff to us. We arrived on a bank holiday and unfortunately there wasn't much open in the way of grocery provisions so it would have been good to have a basic welcome pack, but we survived!
I can support the previous reviews and say that the apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and perfectly placed for wandering into Los Boliches and for relaxing and sitting out on the terraces. I found the bed in the main bedroom very comfortable and I am sure the single beds are pretty comfortable as well. The property is clean and well maintained.
We had one problem with the Wi-Fi which was sorted out very quickly.
We love the Los Boliches area and have revisited many times it's a lovely place with the beaches and the long seafront. It's also easy to get to as the train goes from the airport to Los Boliches station, a 5 minute walk from the apartment. This station is closed until February 2016 while they upgrade the access with a lift and new ramps. It is best to go to Fuengirola and get a taxi at the moment(November 2015) but check with Jackie if you need and update.
We have booked to go back next year.
On arrival, Paul met us quickly and ahead of schedule which we really appreciated. He gave us a lot of useful information about the area. We really enjoyed staying at this condo. We were two couples and we spent our last 4 nights of our trip in this condo. It was perfect; close to everything and on the beach with great views. Everything we needed in the condo. The only issue is that there is an extra charge to use the AC. Although the place is well ventilated when leaving the windows open at night, the mosquitos were a problem.

The broad sandy beaches have the European Blue flag and are well maintained. The promenade stretches some 8 km, perfect for early morning exercise or sunset strolls. Here you will find a wide range of restaurants offering everything from a 'Tapa' or snack to a full A La Carte menu. Los Boliches high street is a mere 500 meters from the apartment providing all that you will require during your stay. There is a supermarket, daily market selling fresh produce, banks, a post office, newsagents and so on. internet connection in the apartment - charge applies - optional.
