Luxurious 2 story town home with panoramic ocean/harbour view located on Nanaimo's downtown waterfront. This 2 bedroom , 2.5 bath beautifully decorated 1200 sq ft home is in the perfect location for your vacation or business trip.

Our fully equipped town home has floor to ceiling windows for the perfect view of Nanaimo's beautiful harbour to watch the seaplanes as they come & go. Comfy queen beds in the bedrooms , high end stainless steel appliances in the kitchen , in suite washer and dryer , natural gas stove and fireplace and a spacious patio to relax with a natural gas barbecue.

The location is in walking distance to all Nanaimo's best restaurants and attractions.

From the Waterfront Walkway you can watch bald eagles soaring , boats docking, seaplanes landing/taking off, kayakers paddling, musicians playing and people crabbing along the dock.

You will be very busy during your stay in order to experience all of the 'must do' things Nanaimo & Vancouver Island has to offer !!

PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage for a small vehicle up to 16' in length & maximum of 6'-8" height.

Our very first visit to the Nanaimo Harbour , we fell in love instantly with the view. The harbour will always be our "happy place" and the reason we chose to live in Nanaimo. Our hearts new this was the home of our future . We are excited to share this experience with you .

Amazing Waterfront Townhouse

I am writing this on our last night in this beautiful oceanfront condo. From the living room, I watching the last hint of daylight on the water...tremendous. This has been home for a month, and it has been a perfect stay. Tammy and Harry made the entire process easy, from booking, checking in, and were very responsive to any questions we had. From the condo, it is easy to explore Nanaimo, or to watch the activity on the water. The location is ideal for getting out and walking, and for checking out many of the sites in Nanaimo and very convenient if you need to make a quick trip to Vancouver. We have stayed in a number of other rentals, but this one is A+. Thank you Harry and Tammy. We will be back.

Everything is First Class!

The location, furnishings, amenities, helpfulness of our hosts were top notch. Right down to the umbrellas, fancy soap dishes and needed air conditioning unit in the master bedroom.

Couldn't pick a better location

We truly picked a gem...the townhouse is beautiful and well appointed, very inviting. The location is centrally located, for day trips on the Island. We went as far as Victoria to the South to Port Alberni to the North, and everything in between. For Whale Watching, we highly recommend EcoVenture Whale Watching out of Cowichan Bay. Cathedral Grove is not to be missed, the gentle giants are breathtaking. We were fortunate enough to be here the month of July, and were able to partake in the many festivals held in the park, and on the Harbour. Having the Harbour Lighthouse Restaurant at our doorstep was a big plus, however, there are many wonderful restaurants in town. Asteras, Modern Cafe, Two Chefs and La Francais Cafe were all favorites. This is a vacation that will be hard to beat!

Harry and Tammy made our visit so memorable. The unit is set up with thoughtful touches and the interiors are show-stopping. The best location in Nanaimo.

I can't begin to say how great this place is - everything is brand new and top quality.

If you're going to Nanaimo, this is the place to be - hands down!!

Beautiful Townhome

This townhome is situated in beautiful downtown Nanaimo.

It is wonderfully decorated and the view of the harbour can't be beat. We were in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. The weather was a bit nasty at times, so we remained at home in front of the cozy fireplace and watched the various ocean vessels and float planes go by.

On good days my husband golfed or we went on day trips to interesting places such as Coombs. We took the ferry over to Vancouver to visit with long lost cousins. We would highly recommend this classy accommodation. Mary-Jo and Bob
